Akti Imperial Deluxe Resort & Spa Dolce by Wyndham

We had one of the most delightful stays here during the October school break. As is normal with my reviews, here is some practical info and opinion that should help travellers. (some *photo attached). I have also attached a *location map of the hotel. Convenient location: From airport: ~15 minutes by taxi, 40-45 minutes by tour operated buses. To city centre and old town ~10 minutes by taxi. Taxi-stand right across the road, prices displayed. Day time ~12 Euros, 13-14 Euros at nighttime. There is a bus stop on the main road with *ticket machine (*1.80 Euros one way at the time). *Shops, restaurants, tour operators & water sports (would recommend using the water sports here rather than ones in town unless you want to spend 3 times the price) nearby. Don’t haggle too much, but you do get hotel guest concession at water sports. Reception and staff: All staff professional, courteous, extremely hard working and helpful. Reception can get busy and probably can improve with the speed of check in. Food and drinks: Main restaurant variety of foods, tasty, live kitchen, Tasty food. Vegan options +. It got very busy one evening and there was a wait for about 10 minutes for us, but some waited longer. This kind of rush is not unique to this hotel. Multiple bars with nearly 18 hours of snacks and flow of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Main restaurant open 24 hours a day, with some basic but filling menu late night/early morning. Other *opening times-see photo. Entertainment team: Fabulous team that kept kids and adults totally engaged. Hats off to their hard work. Day time- for all, evenings for kids and families, later evening/ night- for adults. Outdoor podium. We loved this as, this did not feel crammed as can happen in indoor auditorium. Multiple activities during the day. Rooms: Clean, well maintained, usual amenities present. We took front sea view and enjoyed the stunning skyline and stunning *sunsets. Fridge gets topped up daily- wine, beer, soft drinks, water, juice!! (certainly, did for all inclusive.) We never used beer/wine as we enjoyed them at the main bar. Multiple floors, but dedicated lifts for 2-3 floors each. This avoids them being busy. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, enough sun beds (including hotel owned ones on the beach). They don’t have a staff tips jar and would highly recommend that the management instals one. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. Would I go back? A big yes!

Spent a week at this hotel may 2025 and it was the best experience. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the buffet was so diverse and different every day just incredible. All staff were lovely especially the entertainment team. From day to night they would put on activities for kids and adults and always got guests involved. Their energy was amazing and took time out there evening after the shows to talk to guests and make sure we were okay and enjoying ourselves. If you’re thinking of booking into the spa do it. They offer many treatments and the massage I had was amazing and worth the money. I would 100% recommend staying here and I will be back in the future.

Firstly, I wanna apolige my not so good english. Also this review has been done with all the kidness and love to the hotel. We booked 7 nights in akti with my partner. I was little skeptikal about this hotel after reading some reviews, but it was not that bad afterall. However, there was its pros and cons. Cons: - Firstly, walking in they made us pay tourist taxes, which was 15 euros per night, total 105 euros. No one told us in advance that this would be a thing right now in greece, so it was not good start for our vacation. Also I think 15 euros per night is little too much. - When checking in, I was little suprised that no one helped us with our luggages to get in to the 5th floor where we stayed. It was draining after a long day of travelling. However later on our vacation I saw workers doing this to other customers. -I was not suprised when the elevators were such a chaos. I had read about this problem from other reviews and I must say that it really was time taking and annoying. On our last day we figured that elevators to the 5th and 6th floor were way smaller than the other elevators, so for all week we squished in very small space with 8 others, beacuse no one did not want to wait for another 5minutes for elevators to come back. - This is not a big problem but we did not had slippers, and I heard that some rooms had them?? - The bathroom was okay, but the sliding door was not very handy. The water would spell on the other room, and would make the whole bathroom soaking wet. So it was not pretty nice especially on evening to use the bathroom. That one towel meant to be on floor did not help the problem. -The drinks were all served on the paper cups, which I think 5 star hotel would do better. Of course it is for the safety especially on the pools, but maybe plastic versions would be better solution? -I understood that the drinks couldnt be done as alcohol free, so as not so alcohol drinker I mostly drank pepsi and lemon soda all week. -If you want to visit outside of the hotel, the only way on EVENING is through the main entrenace, which was annoying when coming back to hotel to take so long way. If you visit before 19.00, you can go also through the "beach tunnel". -There is photographer 2 times a week, who will take pictures of you and tries to sell them to you next day. Next morning we were going to the breakfast, when this man tried to sell one tiny pic for 36 euros. We kindly denied the offer, and he would not let us go. When we told him that we really do not want the pictures he got mad and told that he can nott understand people like us. I think the hotel should take the action in this, beacuse it really made our start of the day annoying. Pros: -The hotels own staff did not dissapoint!! All the workers, beggining from the cleaning ladys, were all so kind! They all greet you and smiles at you. They are all like sunshines! It really does make big impact in the hotels vibe, so thank you akti for this one!! -The spa looked te

Get facilities and cleanliness was no issue. Experience and service in the spa was fantastic. The treatment that I had was so thorough and Georgia was amazing would definitely recommend. Thank you again. Will definitely be coming back in the future. ☺️

Just spent a week at the resort and it was absolutely stunning scenery aswel as the hotel is amazing so much there for kids and adults alot of restaurants and bars which is my main reason for this review being celiac I was worried about my trip here all inclusive and was overwhelmed when the head chef Harris went out of his way to accommodate my meals through out the day and his staff they were all fab, made my holiday so much more enjoyable and a good variety of gluten free food out to snack on along the day, thank you so much for making my visit amazing, would 100% visit again and recommend to all and definitely celiacs👏😍

I’m thankful for the most wonderful massage at the SPA. Maria made me feel relaxed and refreshed. Every little details were perfect. The atmosphere, the music, the smells. Everyone is smiling and helpful Thank you and I hope to be back someday! 🪷🪷
