Memphis Beach Hotel

Hotel is very fair 3+ star. I saw there one of most polite and agile personal. Everything was clean and fair. Mixed drinks are above hotel rank. Minuses are paid air condition, food can be in some cases better (for hotel cathegory), like not properly baked bacon, some of food can be more spicy. But all is strictly fresh and good, I newer saw anything old, nonfresh, or even "reused", like can be seen in some Egypt hotels. Main pool has not good water quality in visual way, but water is disinfect and OK. For my money, i got more that I expected.

Just returned home yesterday ( july 6th) from our 10 day stay in the memphis beach.Perfect location and spotless clean. Couldn't fault the hotel itself in anyway. It's correctly rated as a 3 star so no bells and whistles. Staff are friendly and we were happy we went all inclusive as the food was lovely something for everyone. Just 3 small things I would have to point out as they were unexpected for us. We booked the standard double room that was advertised as suitable for our party of 3. It was clean and well maintained but was tiny!! It was definitely a twin room that they shoved another single bed into that made it suitable for 3 but was way too small for us. There was 1 wardrobe so we lived out of our cases as there wasn't enough space for the 3 of us. It shouldn't be sold for 3 people. Secondly the site we booked with said *air conditioned" there was air conditioning in the room but was at an extra charge of €7 a day. We had to purchase it for our full stay of 10 days as the room was extremely stuffy. It should have stated that the air conditioning was extra. Thirdly, I don't know what they add to their pool but it stained all whites yellow. Towels and swimwear are all stained and unfortunately did not come out in the wash when we got home and had to be thrown out. There was a green scum stain on the wall around the inside of the pool that makes me think whatever they add is the culprit. These are 3 things that we just noted as small negatives but did in no way effect our overall experience of the memphis beach and I would have no hesitation in retuning but would definitely upgrade to a bigger room. Also I have to recommend OKI Asian restaurant nearby the food is beautiful we ate there twice for a change from the hotel food.

I really have no words to describe this experience. Having paid for an "all inclusive" staying, when we arrived we had no idea we would have had to pay extra money for the Wi-Fi (3€ per day) and for the air conditioning (7€ per day), which by the way was necessary given the high temperatures. You practically had to pay for whatever you wanted: playing biliards, weighing luggage and having a coffee. Not only, the food was ABSOLUTELY terrible (ex. pasta with mayonnaise, capricciosa and würstel, and seafood pasta with cream and mint), reason why we spent the whole holiday eating in a fastfood restaurant nearby. As regards the room, it was in a not very good condition and the cleaning staff only came twice in a week, even though the room was expected to be cleaned everyday. In plus, the hotel was in a part of the island where there was literally nothing to do, but we managed to visit the rest if Rhodes thanks to the buses. All in all, I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

AC is extra - 7€ one day Wifi is extra - 20€ for one phone (yes, just for one phone) and it was working bad😔 The food area is unconfortable with baby - everywere stairs!!! The food was always just 3 choise: pork, chiken, fish. Two time in a week i was seen lamb. Coffe - 🤮🤮🤮.

I am not giving negative reviews for no reason. The only good things are:location and clean rooms. Negative parts are: food - very low quality and not many to chose, for example at diner we had choice - lamb or pork sausage and vegetables and some pasta. Another very negative part is cocktails are served only after 8.30 pm ? What? Another is that you will need to pay 7 euros/day for air-conditioning unless you wanna cock your self. If you want to navigate on internet then you have to pay another 20 euros / phone for wifi. Staff: not very friendly. Consider that you will pay all-inclusive rate per person. For 100% that will NOT coming back to this hotel never. The lowest all-inclusive holiday I had .

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Air condition is for 7€/day. Rooms were cleaned every day except weekend. Room service keept our balcony doors open 3 days in a row..that woludn’t be a disaster if our room was on a first floor or else and not on the ground floor…You can hear people from the hall talking…mostly because the room doors are old like from 1983… Food was not exactly my cup of coffe. Breakfast were the same every single day. Coffe was very weak. Lunches were too lot alike and dinners looked like leftovers from lunch. Every other day they had thematic dinners. Not really sure if they understand what that thematic means… Anyways this hotel is good if you need a place to sleep in..if you want some kind of food experience this is not the right hotel
