Hotel-Restaurant Deitmer

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel that needs to be shared. There are two doors for entry, and it’s completely unclear which one to use and who to contact for assistance. The lack of any explanation is bewildering, and the staff seemed unwilling to help when I asked for guidance. Upon arriving, I was instructed to use a doorbell, which seemed straightforward. However, after returning from evening walk. I found myself locked out, with no response to my repeated attempts to get in. When I finally managed to get in touch with the hotel, the staff struggled to communicate in English, which is astonishing for a tourist area. Instead of providing help, they made the situation more stressful. Even after finally entering, I was so frustrated that not even a German beer could relax me. seriously considered pouring it down the dusty, dirty sink. The lack of basic hospitality, clear communication, and willingness to assist from the staff is unacceptable. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt belittled and completely disregarded. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and seek a place that values customer service. This was an unpleasant experience that I would not want to repeat.
