有人打呼嚕也沒辦法咯 其他的都OK
一大窗户 暖氣很足
女生屋四人很不錯 還有獨立衞浴 安全很好
另外一天 六人混住的就男女都有 沒有獨立衞生間要在外面一排浴室洗漱 安全挺安全的
建議自己帶一把鎖

It’s in a nice residential area next to the largest swimming pool in Reykjavik and a park and zoo. Our double room with ensuite was nice. There’s free parking and an onsite cafe plus a (small) shared kitchen, with a supermarket and bakery in walking distance. Lots of outdoor space if the weather cooperates. I would stay here again.

If you are thinking will I / won't I pack my coffee maker - pack it ! Coffee filters avail but no French press/ bialetti Good choice for any age group from small kids up to retired people! Kids playroom right in the centre of the communal area. Nice outdoor seating / picnic area. Great location beside big park with gardens & swimming pool / thermal baths. 30 min walk to town using coastal pathway . Bus stop right outside the door for public bus and tours . Pretty interior design . Self service Laundry room downstairs washer & dryer for €6.50 per machine . Cafe inside the hostel (card only no cash) Big cheaper supermarkets not nearby so stock up before - small local shop few mins away if needed. Kitchens are OK but small and crowded at mealtimes ( no toaster ). There is a fridge, kettle , microwave , stove top (no oven ) & saucepans . Very practical hostel with lovely location , I would use it again

I spent 4 nights here on a school trip with 30 geography students studying GCSE and A Level. It didn’t disappoint. The facility was clean and pleasant with welcoming staff. We were provided with a hearty and filling meals each day and enjoyed the communal space in the evenings to play games and just relax having spent the days exploring the golden triangle. A really great base.

The room was ok and the breakfast was fine but the guest kitchen was very dirty and filthy and often smelly. Things where missing in the kitchen and hard to find space in the stinky fridge. The service in the reception could really improve, they where not happy to answer qestions or help out in the reception, it was like they felt disturbed, They clearly showed that the they were busy and not there to help out, don´t expect a smile or welcome. It is 30 minutes walk to town from this hostel so it is a bit off. I am sorry but I don´t recommend this hostel ... only if you can´t find anything else.

Careful with bedbugs!! And the worst… once advised property they haven’t done anything for over a week, kept renting same infected room, pretty unacceptable from an operator considering the size of the hostel. Very sad experience, avoid if you can. Overall super dirty…worst choice!

the hostel has alright facilities, but there was so many things wrong. two times during our 4 night stay, the hostel made a mistake so someone walked in while we were sleeping because they were assigned our room by mistake even though the room was already full. this was such a bad experience and should never happen once let alone twice. the hostel didn’t apologize or anything, and there were also problems with the communication for us and for other guests staying there. not a good experience, I would recommend staying at Kex hostel downtown instead as the Dalur is also quite far from the city centre.
