The location of the hotel is great, right in the city centre. The bed in the room was large 1.3m wide unlike other hotels which are only a metre wide. The service at the front desk was also quite good. The only drawback is that the spa centre closes too early, at 19:30, unlike other hotels that open late.

Excellent location, short walks to local bars and restaurants. The rooms well lovely and comfortable. I would stay here again.

位置一流, 在冰島雷市的市中心, 鄰近BUS #1 站 (步行3 分鍾), 24/7 超市也是3 分鍾的路程, 主要景點都是步行可以到達.

房間挺寬敞的，乾淨。健身房也挺大的。早餐很好吃就是有點貴。 服務一般吧，到達那天是半夜，前台沒聽見我們按鈴，過了好久才給我們開門，外面體感零下十幾度，凍的不行。除了這個以外其他的都蠻好

房型一般，位於市中心，周邊餐館很多，出門方便，步行可到市中心各大景點，機場巴士接送的地點離酒店步行幾分鐘，非常方便。

在bus stop1附近，酒店裝修挺好看的，但是房間不大，而且給了我們一個很奇怪的房間，床頭有一面打斜的牆，導致我們好幾次撞到頭，體驗一般

酒店還是不錯的，離主街也能走過去，但是！如果自己開車，真的不太方便，酒店附近需要自己找停車，在p1區，每三個小時要check一下，真的很麻煩還貴，一天差不多要三百多，酒店周圍是車輛禁行的，還要拖着箱子走過來，啊吧啊吧。

1.訂的基礎房，窗外和牢房沒兩樣。前台很拽，説基礎房都是這景觀，要換房間衹能升級，一晚10000isk。同樣預算考慮清楚再定。 2.酒店沒有停車場，自己找停車位。門口封路，需要拖着一堆行李走一段路才能辦入住。 3.房間門鎖壞了，形同虛設

The standard rooms are the lowest category and since we are located in the city centre, lots of rooms have that "city view". Upgrade to a higher category is 10.000 ISK per night indeed. The information about the parking situation is in the hotel´s description.As for the lock, we only got informed about it after the check-out, so we had no chance to take any action on that matter.

是冰島最滿意的酒店，新，房間也不小，備品也很好。住過雷市艾迪遜，藍湖温泉酒店。最推薦的就是這裏，缺點就是酒店沒有停車場，需要自己解決停車問題！ 位置不用擔心，雷市不大周圍挺方便的。
