The facility is quite nice with nice pools, thermal baths, etc. However, this is the almost only good thing about the hotel. First, I had major difficulties during the reservation in terms of changing the room type and adding additional people. The rep asked me to pay more than I should pay. Then when I questioned, he made all very difficult for me. First, canceled all the rooms I reserved, then rebooked. And said this is part of the routine ! I had to spend at least 4 hours to fix it. Second, the employees of the hotel act like every customer is a potential scammer. There are notices everywhere on what not to do and that could be understandable if the hotel had a bad experience but hotel personnel has no meritocracy and randomly warn and finger point customers in public areas not for the right reasons and offend them in public. For example, I was wearing a swimming cap which is water proof and specifically designed for swimming pools. One of the hotel personnel warned me from a distance (yelling), while I was swimming in the pool and asked me to be out of the pool in a rude manner. Everybody was looking at us. I asked the reasoning and Selvinaz Coskun told me that I am wearing a surgical cap, I should immediately be out of the pool and purchase a proper one. I told her the cap is the proper one and she said her manager Sumeyra Donmez told her and I have no choice. I asked to talk to her manager. I explained to manager the situation and after she checked the cap by touching the cap ! she said indeed it is a proper one. In the mean time, many other customers surrounded us to see what is happening. Instead of apologizing , when I said I need to provide this feedback to the hotel management and post a review in trip advisor, she said go ahead and do it. I also told her that although jumping to pools are banned, many people are jumping and we were going to be hurt the other day. Why those are not warned and instead I was warned in a very rude manner for something I should not be warned. She said it will only harm the ones jumping. Although attempted to explain, those who are jumping could potentially hurt us as well, she did not even listen. Furthermore, I noticed that when having a breakfast one family wanted to have few bakery products along with them and the way they were warned everybody looked at them. The employees are not well-trained and their communication styles are such that customers are treated as potential criminals. I had a visitor one day and I want her to see the hotel and have an idea in case in the future if she wants to stay at that hotel. I was going to take the elevator and immediately one of the personnel stopped us and said you cannot go to the rooms ! I explained the situation and was told we can accompany you and that is the only way you can show around. I said okay. We had a tour. Again, this situation could have handled very differently. Of course my visitor said she would never come to that hotel after that kind
