Miss Mina is amazing I’d come back just because of her

I booked the stay from 1/4 to 1/5 with my name, and we went there. the front desk told us that we need to have all IDs for adults to check in, we were not able to check in, but the front desk told us that they will cancel the booking, so we left and found another casino resort and were able t to check in without any problem. Today I got the notification saying the cancellation request was denied because of my personal reason. I don't know what personal reason causes it? When I put the order, I was not told that the IDs for all adults are required to check in.

The place was clean and the room was clean also. Unlike some of the reviews I read there were no signs of any kind of smoke on the 8th floor. I did not see anyone begging until I was leaving. Overall My stay served its purpose without any issues.

Booo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky casino needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.

The hotel not only ignored my booking also double charged my credit card 3 days later! Unbelivable

The lady that was at the front desk seemed to be bothered that I was checking in. She didn’t even charge my card correctly. And the bathrooms are old. I felt like I needed another shower after showering there. On a good note-Augie was awesome and the ladies in the AM were outstanding

酒店價格實惠，雖然設備老舊，但清潔衞生，衞生間配Dove，邊上就是Casino。當晚正好有老爺車巡展，大飽眼福。
