This was our first stay at Homestead B&B (August 15-18, 2025). It will NOT be our last! Joe and David are phenomenal hosts, the accomodations and grounds are gorgeous, and their breakfasts are exquisite - often featuring ingredients grown on the property. In an industry where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Joe and David know how to take hospitality, comfort and guest services to the next level. We no longer have to decide on a place to stay when traveling to Rehoboth Beach. We will always come here!

The Homestead B&B is a little piece of Heaven in the middle of a beach town! It’s close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything you could want! But you won’t want for anything because this place has it all…pool, beautiful grounds, beach chairs and towels! The breakfasts are wonderful and so are the hosts! The best comment I could write is…as soon as I returned home, I booked it again!

The Homestead is a superb B&B which we highly recommend. Joe and David have anticipated every possible "want" of a guest. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and well-appointed. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. The pool is a beautiful spot for relaxing and also immaculate. There is a bocce court and a relaxing lounge on site. The B&B is ideally located in the respect that it is removed from the center of Rehoboth Beach which can be very congested, but close enough to reach town quickly. We plan on returning! Our cat liked The Homestead as well!

This property is perfect for location and comfort.
The place is very safe and the pool is gorgeous!
We had the most delicious breakfasts prepared by David and Joe - the vegan options were amazing!
I would highly recommend this property to any individual, couple or family/friend group.

Homestead was just what we needed for a welcoming, relaxing few days. It is center to all things Rehoboth. The garden views are a beautiful aesthetic and the breakfast meals were delicious! If you enjoy peaceful environments that are not too far from the beach, great seafood restaurants, and hiking trails- plan for Homestead a perfect couple getaway!

It has been our second time staying at the Homestead B&B, which is indeed a home away from home, except … that everything is done on your behalf with an ease and friendly smile by the hostesses Joe and David to your satisfaction! The premises are well maintained and beautifully decorated. Breakfast menus are appeared in your mail box every evening with a homemade special for the next morning and a list of items to choose from to satisfy your dietary needs. And last but not least important thing is its location - about 15 min drive to any attraction at Rehoboth Beach or Lewes!

The guys that own it run a top notch facility. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable seating and sleeping areas. The pillows were better than my own at home and the sheets were soft and cozy. The shower was superb, nice strong water pressure. Made use of the fridge and Kurig coffee machine every day. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition. Did not get to use the pool but it looks beautiful! The breakfasts served each morning were delicious and they give you many items to choose from. Only 2 blocks off the main highway and a very easy commute into downtown Rehoboth Beach full of stores, restaurants and the beach of course!! Highly recommend this B&B for anyone wanting a quite stay at the beach away from all the traffic and noise.
