Hampton Inn Rehoboth Beach

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. My parents went for a quick trip to Rehoboth Beach and unfortunately my dad ended up in the hospital and they have been stuck there for almost 3 weeks. The staff at Hampton Inn has been taking such good care of my mom. They even signed a get-well card for my dad and chipped in for a gift. Such a random act of kindness, it restores my faith in humanity. Thank you ❤

We have stayed many times over the last year. Breakfast is always full and yummy! The room and pool is always clean! Staff are very attentive to guests! We love staying here! They always remember us! The fish tank in the lobby is amazing too!!!

Our experience at this Hampton Inn was one of the finest in all of our Hampton Inn experiences. The front desk manager, Leslie, was exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and most anxious to make our two-day stay exceptional. The facility was beautifully maintained; each room was clean, well-kept and afforded a restful, quiet visit. The breakfast area was always well-stocked with fresh amenities and food. We highly recommend this site to anyone in the Rehoboth area; your experience will not disappoint! Thank you to everyone there who made our visit enjoyable.

The front desk employees, as well as maid service were very professional, quick and efficient. The rooms were quite clean as well as the lobby and hallways. Parking was no problem at all. They had a nice Selection at the breakfast buffet. Check-in was very quick and easy. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was empty, However, the water was cold, but again very clean overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great location, decent price compared to other hotels in the area. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a loud neighbor who was enjoying herself by laughing loudly until late at night. We only had a few hours to sleep before an early trip on the ferry to Cape May, the next morning...

Nice hotel except they have recently decided to discontinue Half and Half at their coffee bar. So, they have a good breakfast offering, but unless you like 2% or skim milk in your coffee, you'll have to bring your own Half and Half. Small thing but anoying to many folks based on the comments we heard on our most recent visit.

Not one to leave reviewed but Wonderful last minute stay - employee Nick Lopez went above and behind to accommodate my family and I - he was respectful and took his time to ensure we were situated and had everything we needed - staff was all super friendly and hotel was clean and comfy!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our stay when we were in a bind due to booking another facility because of no rooms in the Hampton at Lancaster, PA. We were given a confirmation number of another site, Roadway Inn which has TERRIBLE REVIEWS and there was no way we were staying there but unfortunately there was a non refund policy. We advised the agent we did not want the room but she said it was too late. She gave a confirmation number. The guys during the afternoon/night shift were able to accommodate us with our present room for 2 additional nights and not have to go to that nightmare of the facility in Lancaster. Things looked great until they didn't, I chose this location because I needed a good internet connection and assumed (!) a business-friendly hotel. Bright, modern lobby. Desk clerk friendly, but I only used her because the Digital Key function was not working correctly. Sat at the dining area (5 out of 6 upholstered chairs were badly stained) and logged into WiFi. Had to purchase better WiFi--price not terrible but come on, would I have to pay more for hotter water? Room was large, very pleasant to look at. Mattresses tended to slide toward one side. Then the soda machines were not working--on two floors, plus the day desk clerk wasn't sure if there was a soda machine other than the partially stocked snack refrigerators. Glad to see a "Most Improved" certificate displayed but they have a ways to go. I stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this one is lacking.
