We were booked for one night three rooms. The idea was we would use the pool area after check in then go for a family supper. However when we got there after check in at 400 none of our rooms were ready. Our rooms were not ready until 630. Not ideal with children and our plans. We booked the hotel for the pool but didn’t get to use it as planned. The front desk really showed no concern or offer any resolution or solution. When asked for a discount we were told that since we booked on ******* there was nothing they could do except put a note on our file for consideration if we were to use the hotel again. I don’t have any confidence in this. Hotel was nice and breakfast was decent. Pretty pricey for what you get

The room was great for a party of 5 (2 queens and a sofa bed). Sofa bed was good, too. Room was spacious enough for our group. The site overall looked decent and clean. Maybe a little bit of wear showing, but places that get used will show it a bit here and there. Everything in the room worked as it should. Pool, hot tub, and waterslide were fine, but may be a bit heavily chlorinated, eyes were definitely burning after an hour and a half. Breakfast was ok, selection a bit light, but that's what we get for showing up in the last half hour. I really like the location close to the highway, and you don't have to go too far down the street south to find food and shopping options. Would definitely consider staying here again.

What a nice place to stay. The room was very large and spacious. The hotel Smelled new when you walked into the lobby . The pool was very nice and we really enjoyed it. The location seemed a bit off the beaten path but we were totally fine with this. Would definitely stay here again.

No one was at the desk at check-in, and then when there was, there was a long wait to check in. There were no pool towels available. One of the elevators was broken and because the hotel was busy it was a long wait to get to our floor at the top. The suite was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool seemed over-chlorinated. All of our eyes were burning and the kids were coughing from the water. There was no one monitoring the pool area and it was survival if the fittest. I almost got taken out by a teenage boy sliding across the pool deck.

Get into the room - went to inspect for critters (as one does) and while we found none... there was a ton of hair on the beds and the bedding... and it was stained. The curtains were also heavily stained. The tv/remote didn't work at all. The pool was a whole other experience. The slide was terrible, pitch black and you didn't know when you were getting towards the end, you just got waterboarded. The pool itself was ok, the hot tub could've been better, the jets were not working, and it was a little murky. The floor in the pool area was gross because people were wearing their dirty outside shoes in there, and we had to go ask for towels from the front desk because there was none. The front staff in general were a little snippy with us. Breakfast was fine, nothing really as far as gluten free options unless I wanted fruit or yogurt, unsure about the cereal, and no milk alternatives available.

Bed bugs. Stayed here for a new years with my family and got bed bugs got all bit :( now have to worry about bringing them home. Happy new year. Glad I didn't bring the baby with me. Worst experience of our lives. Found like 10 huge bugs. Bites all over

Stayed here different times the last years and have generally been satisfied. Stayed here in Dec of 2023 and I’ll have to admit, the place needs help. My wife had the same thot I had without even discussing, that the place is tired. The carpet is very worn and quite a few places it’s lifted. Mattresses need replacing too. I’m not throwing them under the bus, but it’s makeover time folks.

Great hotel! The price was right too. The staff were courteous and helpful. The online check out is neat. The free breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. And it’s right close to great restaurants and shopping. We will certainly be coming back!
