Hotel was lovely and clean. Beds comfy plus very spotless and staff were very welcoming. Would stay again. 5 stars to all of you.

Lovely touch in the room for our little boy and also amazing aircon ! Room was spotless. Really nice to have a selection of books in reception for kids just for a donation to charity ! Breakfast wasn’t very warm on the hotplate at all but good selection

Room was clean and comfortable, let down by stained carpets, chipped walls and holey towels. Carpark was full with no EV charging which was ok as we had brought a different car at the last minute. It is a nice hotel, just needs some attention to detail.

I had a great stay at Premier Inn Redditch. The room was spotless, the bed was really comfy, and everything was quiet and peaceful—perfect for the brands renowned “good night’s sleep” Big shout-out to Vicky at reception—she was so friendly and helpful, and really made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and genuine warmth! The location was super convenient with easy parking and close to the town centre. I also had breakfast at the beefeater restaurant next door and it was fresh, hot, and had a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, stress-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Brilliant stay..staff really helpful and friendly. Restaurant next door also very good. Food was good and breakfast was plentiful. Restaurant staff also very efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return back to this hotel if in the area.

Nice staff and room, but the corridors and room smelt very musty, no opening windows in the room. Mould on the corners of the windows, all due to lack of ventilation. The beds are very comfortable but the rooms are sparse and lack imagination. Good value but pretty basic.

Had to stay here last minute before our holiday. Jake was so welcoming & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a quiet room & we literally didn't hear a thing all night. Room was cosy & the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was immaculate

Stayed here a few times. Lovely spacious family rooms with everything we need. Lovely staff members that make you feel welcome and help if needed. Happy with out stay and will stay again soon. Wifi is a bit slow and phone signal is not strong but that is the only down side.

Travelling for a funeral which was literally opposite the hotel so very convenient. Bed very large and comfy, pillows a bit firm for us. Very clean room and bathroom. Evening meal excellent and breakfast good. Room quite warm but could use air con to cool it down.
