Comfort Inn & Suites

I save my 5-star reviews for fancy hotels. But for a standard motel, this one far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable bed, nice breakfast area. It appeared either new or nicely updated. It is a very nice motel and we spent a lovely night after being on I-80. We found Wyoming highways to be very nice, and my recommendation would be to stay off I-80 as much as possible. However you get here, the Comfort Inn is a great place to rest.

It used to be my favorite hotel until Sam the front desk clerk discriminated and lied to us. We have been very good customers as well as good Choice members and he treated us a bit lower than dirt. My son is Autistic and the nicest kid in the world, although imposing at 6 foot 5. I still had my hospital wristband on as I had to be seen for possible appendicitis. He said the room we wanted was full. I went online and booked it (it was the king suite with the hot tub). So a lie. He then said we had to pay a $250 locals deposit because we stay there too much. I am from Wyoming and I go to Idaho Falls to shop. Alpine, where Im from, is a very small town. In addition, I had 2 different friends want to pay for my room with a card over the phone as they were concerned over my health. Sam said that wasn't allowed. I called and asked if I could pay for a friends room over the phone and was told no problem Actually according to him it was his boss that said this and I spoke with her the next day and she knew nothing about it. So we were lied to, discriminated against, and all for a hotel which I could personally say some terrible things about but I am not going to sink to their level.

Very nice hotel, clean, seemed quite new too. Comfortable beds. They have an indoor pool, we unfortunately didn't use it since we just spent the night but over all it was a very nice experience. It is pet friendly. They have plenty space in the room and the breakfast area.

Very nice hotel with a clean room and comfortable bed. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day on the road. Laundry and exercise facilities available. Better than average breakfast. Friendly staff. Would stay here again if in the area.

We kind of expected an average place on the last leg of our trip but this place really has it going on. They think of the small details that sometimes make all the difference. We had a great room at the end of the hotel which was great for dogs. The place is longer than an airport terminal but everything is well maintained and clean. We ate at the lounge restaurant and Justin was great as a server/bartender. Yummy cookies and coffee in the lobby and not just in the morning. Highly recommend this place.

It is always a pleasant stay; Raven has been at the front desk now for quite a while and it is nice to see a familiar face. Room 302 was a good size room; I like the west facing location, since you can watch the sun set from your window. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Pool was closed, hut tub open, but we didn't use it. If you do laundry, make sure you put the temperature on hot, otherwise you wasted time and money; beware, that hot is very hot; the breakfast menu for week is posted in the lobby and Alma (?) took excellent care of it. Breakfast at this location never disappoints!

Very Friendly staff, clean rooms, we had a King room, very spacious! The breakfast was great with lots of options! WiFi was sufficient for us to do a webinar from the room with no problems at all. (We didn’t have a chance to check out the pool area.) My only complaint was the pillows. Big and fluffy, but HARD. It was almost like they stuffed a pillowcase with a felt blanket. I woke up with a crick in my neck and had a headache. In retrospect, I should have called down to see if the front desk had any other options. I’d say stay here, but bring your own pillow from home!

A very nice respite on a long trip. A lovely and welcoming space. Vey clean and nice! Extremely comfortable beds! A great coffee bar and breakfast station! I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Friendly staff at check in and check out!

expensive motel that is outdated and worn. King room with whirlpool tub - whirlpool is broken - does not work - carpet is thread bear with strings showing .....desk chair worn out. Would not stay here again,
