This is a lovely little B&B in the quaint Village of Ravenna. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities that satisfied our needs. The staff is exceedingly kind and helpful, Michael picked us up the the Venice airport for a fee considerably less than the prices quoted from the transport firms in Venice. They made dinner reservations for us, and they offer some great wines at reasonable prices. Linda always went out of her way to help make us feel at home. Just a great place with a superb staff. If you're going to Ravenna, we recommend this property!

This little place was simply magical! Our host was so accommodating, and he even drove us to the airport for a reasonable charge. The entrance to the hotel is private on a beautiful, quiet street just steps away from the market and many restaurants and shops. Our room was so spacious and very clean! Many wines and breakfast available on site. Would definitely stay again!

A truly brilliant hotel with an amazing family who go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bathroom was stunning with the best shower ever! Breakfast was great abd again the hosts were so attentive and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for hosing us, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ravenna!

The definition of boutique hotel fits perfectly this hidden jewel in the heart of the pedestrian zone of the historical city of Ravenna. Only a few, but elegant rooms, a genuine breakfast and very kindly personnel. Very quiet, but at a walking distance from all main monuments and restaurants. Very useful is the inner parking option. I definitely recommend this hotel for romantic and cultural escapes.

Elegant rooms, really excellent location just 3-4 minutes from centre, very secure parking, good breakfast, very quiet. A very good all round offering. Max, the proprietor, is charming & helpful. Helpful maps and restaurant discount cards given upon arrival.

Exceptional family run B&B. From start to finish our experience of Villa Noctis was first class. I'm a very difficult man to please (my wife will bare witness to that) but I can't fault our stay here. Communication with Michele was excellent, an absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to have met him. He went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay a memorable one. The accommodation is very modern, yet still has charm and is well maintained. The property was renovated a few years back and it shows, it's very pleasing to the eye. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The breakfast area is airy and peaceful. The breakfast itself was very enjoyable with any amount of fresh high quality local produce, top marks to Michele's dad. If you're looking for a few nights in Ravenna then this property will tick all the boxes, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast, central location and fantastic staff. They even arranged a drop off and pick up at the cruise terminal for us. Top marks.

This is a rare find - a wonderful family-run guest house with a fabulous service ethic. Michele went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. Location 10/10, service 10/10, hosts 10/10, rooms just lovely 10/10. Thank you, Michele and your parents.

I was very inspired to choose Villa Noctis. The room I stayed in was very spacious, very clean, with facilities far above any b & b. Also, the indoor parking brings an extra comfort. It is necessary to mention that the gentlemen who take care of the villa are of an excellent human quality, polite, discreet, always prepared with the best suggestions. Everything was superlative. Wir waren für 1 Nacht in der Villa Noctis in Ravenna- es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt, was perfekt ist, um diese zu erkunden ( aber trotzdem ruhig). Das Beste ist der hauseigene Parkplatz im Innenhof, man muss nicht erst ein Parkhaus suchen und dann alles zur Unterkunft tragen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, alles da, was man benötigt. Wenn man möchte, kann man gegen Aufpreis dort frühstücken, haben wir so gemacht. Man kreuzt am Vortag an, was man gerne haben möchte, die Auswahl ist groß, wir haben uns für Croissants, Prosciutto cotto e crudo, Käse und Marmelade, Brot, Kaffee und Kuchen entschieden, alles sehr lecker. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, ein ruhige Oase im quirligen Ravenna. Grazie per tutto :-)
