I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Marjan Island and expected high level of service and comfort, given its 4* rating. Unfortunately my experience fell far short of expectations. First of all noise from construction and maintenance around the hotel, secondly the staff couldn’t manage with the number of guests because the hotel was super occupied from Russian guests, thirdly very aggressive and rude staff at the open buffet, fourthly unprofessional behavior of room service staff on the checkout and almost forgot the cherry on the cake - cockroach at the reception desk. Definitely it was my first and last time visiting this hotel.
