Location is good, average room size, friendly staff. However the shower cubicle is very small & not suitable for plus size person.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

店員さんの対応がすごく丁寧で良かった。20%offのクーポンがもらえて、レストランで美味しいご飯が食べられた。ハッピーアワーは15dhsでビールが2本飲めた。 ヘアドライヤーの風量が弱いので、持ってくるのもありかも。

اتمني لو يتم توفير كرسي الراحه عامل الاستقبال. راحته في الجلوس بدلا من الوقوف ستضيف ارتياح بدنيا سينعكس على ادائه بالايجاب. I wish if chairs could be provided for the receptionist, if he feels relaxed and not exhausted for long time shift standing, he will provide much more better service for the customet

Hotel Is located near to the RAK port at prime location. Rooms are clean and very hygienic. There is pleasant smell in the room all the time. Toilets and bathroom fittings are seems cleaned and kept neat all the time. Hotel reception staff is very cooperative and gentle when speaking. I got early check in for which they arranged quickly and without extra charge. Especially the morning staff (Don't know the name but he is very gentle) The reception staff namely Miss Theint and Mr. Yan Noung is very polite and helpful. I asked them numerous question and they answered all nicely. Restaurants all staff is nice when you have any needs or requirement. Stay is absolutely nice cozy and comfortable. I would recommend if you are looking for business or family stay near by this Hotel. This is the best option. Thanks Action hotel team

Comfortable stay *Excellent service Mr Sandar warm hospitality I had an amazing stay at the hotel and well-maintained hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Overall, I had a really great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
