The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

Shower head was broken, unable to take shower, minibar was completely out of order, waited around one hour to replace, too dirty in the rooms, bathroom did not has tub. Breakfast was quiet, and excellent based on the value that you pay.

店員さんの対応がすごく丁寧で良かった。20%offのクーポンがもらえて、レストランで美味しいご飯が食べられた。ハッピーアワーは15dhsでビールが2本飲めた。 ヘアドライヤーの風量が弱いので、持ってくるのもありかも。

Its a cute Hotel in center of RAK. We came all the way from Dubai. Very clean and lovely atmosphere. And met lovely and welcoming staff Primashi at the reception, which made us convinced to stay because of her customer support ans beautiful smile. Thank you! We will visit again.

Good service good staff and good atmosphere for leaving, near by ras al khaimah natural location and very good sports bar and amnesty have good sport equipments have pool to play with on sports bar have happy hour buy one get one beer free have ruller for drinks offer as well

Most of favorite hotel this because of very silent place first or reception people I am waiting one hour because of Room is not ready so they are upgrade my room ms. Julyand she give discount also from restaurant everything is fine housekeeping people also very friendly and restaurant breakfast also very nice and fresh food have Mr. Harshana very friendly he offering cheese some also very delicious this one and good service. I will come one more time. Thank you action HOTEL. ♥️

Rooms are very nice and comfortable. House keeping staff are good. Room for improvement in quality of food. waiter mr.Harshana was nice and polite. Reception Mr. Mina also nice very friendly staff. Thank you action order love you Pakistan.
