The second bedroom offers a queen memory foam bed with organic bamboo sheets.The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, dishes, and all that you'll need to cook your own meal. A keurig coffee machine greets you in the morning with a variety of pods to try. If you prefer going out for coffee simply take a stroll downtown to Harriet and Oak for an amazing espresso.The beautiful living room seating double as a conversation area or cozy movie night setting. The TV uses Roku which allows you to log into your accounts and stream your favorite shows. The window desk offers work time with a view and reliable wifi.Outside you'll find a propane grill and an outdoor table with chairs where you can enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. This is Josh and Christie's basement apartment. There is a separate entrance that you have entirely to yourself. We are just a 5-min. walk from downtown so you can easily walk to dinner, tour downtown, and check out everything the city has to offer. 4 bedroom, three level home with 10 sliding glass doors that open up to a deck which outlooks the black hills and canyon lake. Two rooms have a king bed and the other 2 have full size bunk beds (top and bottom are both full size mattresses). Pots, pans, plates, and silverware are clean and readily available in the kitchen. Towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo and conditioner are readily available in the bathrooms. Sofas and carpets get steam cleaned every 4 months and the home is professionally cleaned before each party arrives.
