The bathroom floor was not clean. The breakfast bar was out of a number of items each morning. The juice machine was broken all week. The toaster was broken. The water fountain in the lobby was broken. I killed a bug on the bathroom floor on Sunday evening. When the housekeeping replaced all the towels on Tuesday, they did not remove the dead bug. The patio doors off the lobby are left unlocked at all times. The breakfast eggs and sausage are very good. The bed was remade for us when they refreshed our towels on Tuesday. Children were running thru the floors at all hours. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend it.

Thank you to the staff at Quality Inn. Your attention to your guests was evident. We appreciated finding a clean and well kept room waiting for us. Your front staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was clean. The breakfast was basic but good.

The room was dirty. There was hair all over the bedding. The white comforter had blood stain on it that looked fresh not like it had been washed. There was hair and trash on the floor. I was getting bit the first couple of hours i was there but did not see any bugs. Then as i was getting ready to sleep i saw a bug on the white bedding. The guy at the front desk let me switch rooms.

Our room smelled like the stank of hundreds of people having slept there. Room was not well maintained. A mirror fell off the wall and there were holes in the bathroom door. a night light in the bathroom had a black film on the inside of it that I thought were bugs but, thank God! was not bugs. pool was open but not the hot tub. Breakfast was OK. They also had a lot of nerve charging a $10 a night resort fee! I would not stay again or recommend.
