I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Welcome Heritage Windsor Lodge, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning architecture and immaculate grounds that immediately make you feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering a serene glimpse of the surrounding landscape. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. Special shout out to for Mr. Sharma, Manager of the property and a true gentleman for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Overall, my stay at the Welcome Heritage Windsor Lodge was nothing short of perfect. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and excellent amenities made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful getaway.

This is the best place to stay in ranikhet. Old building is just like old british bunglow. Everything here is clean neat and as beautiful as ranikhet itself. Balcony views are serene and you can spot mountain peaks if weather is right. Staff here is extremely polite and ready to help with anything. Me and my family have a lovely one night stay here and we would definitely come back for more. Thank you !

Extremely good experience in the best heritage property of Ranikhet. Love the view from lodge, the cleanliness and the staff support are also very cooperative and polite. The food was also good. If you looking for the peace of mind then must visit there.

On top of everything service...starting from manager ajay sharma ji...who upgraded our room to aranging the pooja at jageshwar...he is excellent and very very friendly....the service done by girish and ganesh in the dining was exceptional....also to mention the roooms and the location and the lounge especially the executive rooms and the food...not a single glitch...definitely a must visit..i usually don't write reviews but this one exceeded expections...go for the executive rooms..
