Too far from CBD, a little confusion, giving a wrong room, card show 622 when they meant 621. Other than this staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location near the big mall and convenience to go there by shuttle bus from Hotel and mall Big room , good breakfast , swimming pool and fitness

Stay here regularly for events at Rangsit University. Its 'at' Future Park but far enough across the parking lot a shuttle is required! The breakfast buffet is one of the BEST in terms of sheer variety (indian! chinese! Thai! Euro! Frozen yogurt machine!) and the salt water pool and gym are great if small.

Room is clean and spacious. Internet WIFI is fast. Location is a bit off from any public transport but there is a regular shuttle (golf cart) to Future Park Zpell mall. BBL ATM conveniently located at hotel front. Good for travellers with business in Rangsit and Navanakorn areas.

Friendly staff, shuttle service provided to travel from hotel to nearby mall, Alberto's Restaurant food was fantastic, gym and pool are both well kept.

Suppose to be a good hotel. I am not sure if it’s my bad luck. My room has bath tub with no door, no shower curtain. Having a shower is a nightmare to me. Flooding the floor all the time and hotel not too cooperative to clean And a decent hotel don’t have adapter stand by for guest that forgotten to bring. My room literally no amenities replenish, and they don’t even fold back iron board and give bath room floor mat. I thought not suppose to have such experience.
