Its located only minutes from Jackson and Cape Girardeau in the Fruitland area with easy access off I-55. Convenience stores and restaurants are conveniently located within 2 miles. So peaceful
Our stay was amazing. Everything was so clean organized, and anything you would possibly need was in the room. We will definitely be staying there again when in the area!!

Overnight for wedding
My sister, brother in law and I stayed overnight to attend a wedding close by. House was nice and clean. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Very reasonable. Hostess was attentive and friendly. Let us check in early to get ready.

Eclipse Viewing
The place was perfect for our needs - and provided an amazing viewing area for the eclipse. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our conversations with her.

Quiet, cozy duplex
The house was really cozy, clean, and in a very quiet, peaceful location. There was only a small issue with some water pressure in the shower connected to the master bedroom but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice and Quiet
I had a great stay at Villa B in Jackson. The property owner was there when I arrived and gave me a tour and all the information I needed. The Villa was nice and clean and I was comfortable there. Very quiet area! I would definitely stay there again.
