一對夫妻經營的小旅館，蘭達火車站下來就到了，去采爾馬特坐火車20分鐘，地理位置非常的方便。酒店的規模不大，裝修也比較老，但是衞生很乾凈，歇歇腳是很不錯的選擇。采爾馬特附近的酒店都挺貴的，這家相對便宜，我也沒有抱很大的期待。沒想到打開窗户正對着雪山，太美了。

Horrendous place and rudest staff after injury due to poor bathroom design - steer clear if you don't want to ruin your trip. 1. Forced into a basement room that looks nothing like the photos. Zero facilities in the room. 2. The bathroom was so void of facilities that the shower area literally had one side as wall and the other 3 just curtains, with nothing to hold onto. My mom slipped during shower and almost hit her head on the floor, thanks to the prison-like shower space with no maintenance. 3. The female staff was extremely rude. She pretended she doesn't speak English so she doesn't help with any requests. Even though at first she would converse with us in English, as soon as we need her help, she started speaking Italian only and told us she doesn't speak English.

Anacceptable. I tried to call them to the tel.number that they have to internet site and its not correct...... I can not beleive that in full season period they have the telephone down and they do not accept phone calls. ANACCEPTABLE. It is far the most UNTRUST HOTEL.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der Frühstücksservice war katastrophal: altbackene Speisen, nichts Frisches und alles wurde nur in winzigen Portionen serviert. In anderen Hotels gehört es zum Standard, warme Speisen wie Eier oder Würstchen anzubieten – hier Fehlanzeige. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenso mangelhaft. Die Türen waren sichtbar verschmutzt, und die allgemeine Hygiene ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Besonders ärgerlich war der Umgang mit meinem Großvater, der gesundheitlich eingeschränkt ist. Ihm ist während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Mal ein Missgeschick mit dem Bett passiert, obwohl er Windeln trägt und regelmäßig das Badezimmer benutzt. In anderen Hotels wird so etwas professionell und verständnisvoll gehandhabt. Hier jedoch wurden wir zur Kasse gebeten, um die Reinigung der Matratze zu bezahlen – ein Verhalten, das ich noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt habe. Zusätzlich war das Verhalten des Personals respektlos. Die Frau, die die Zimmer reinigt und das Frühstück serviert, schrie meinen Großvater an, weil er angeblich ein Papiertuch nicht richtig entsorgt hatte. Es war eine absolut unverschämte Reaktion auf einen älteren und gesundheitlich beeinträchtigten Menschen. Was die Erfahrung noch schlimmer machte, war die Art und Weise, wie wir generell behandelt wurden. Es fühlte sich an, als ob wir keine zahlenden Gäste wären, sondern bloß ungebetene Besucher, denen man widerwillig einen Gefallen tut. Für den hohen Preis, den dieses Hotel verlangt, hätten wir eine weitaus bessere Erfahrung erwartet. Es gibt viele andere Hotels in derselben Preisklasse, die einen deutlich besseren Service bieten. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder betreten und auch niemandem empfehlen.
