Leslie is amazing! The main reason I came in today was to add an additional day to my reservation, and I expected another great experience, but I walked out being bullied by Paige who thinks that she’s God. Boy, did she overstep. Leslie should be in management not Paige. Paige is a jealous envious employee who took her bad mood out on me so I called the Hilton corporate office while sitting on their couch in the lobby and she got wind of it, and she started yelling at me from the counter telling me to leave “her” hotel. I didn’t know it was her hotel. I thought it belonged to Hilton. She’s got some nerve. She canceled my reservation. Well, she canceled my reservation because I was on the phone with the Hilton corporate office and then she told me to leave her hotel. She’s a mixed up young woman who doesn’t understand who the customer is. This all started because she was jealous of Leslie as I mentioned because I raved about Leslie when I came in and the great service I received from her when I made my 7 day reservation the week prior. Then she tried to tell me that she couldn’t keep my reservation for sure because she never knew who would be coming in such as a rowing team that may need 10 rooms so she couldn’t guarantee my reservation. I had already made my reservation a week before I walked into add an additional day to my reservation. She’s insane and she needs to be doing something very different like not working directly with the public. She was trying to make small talk with a young man working behind the desk and he was trying to ignore her while she asked questions about what he thought about certain things none of it pertaining to work. It was very obvious to me that she was trying to gain his favor. She’s a wreck. At this point, the head of maintenance who I met once and is a perfect gentleman willing to assist the guest and Leslie, who I believe is a full-timer working behind the counter…these two are the only two I’ve met in my 3 visits to this hotel who know how to interact with the customer or guest to ensure a pleasant experience at the least.
