The stay was very comfortable and staff was very helpful and good it was a great experience Thanks to all ! Front office staff Akriti sheron and Niranjan was good , Ambience was excellent room service was good and excellent thanks to everyone

The service was excellent and special thanks to Arpita, Kajol, Sunil and Ankit for providing such a kind hospitality. Also the rooms were clean and the good was amazing at this place. I will recommend to all.

We stayed for1 night. The cleanliness is excellent. The staff is very professional. Led by Ankit, the team of Arpita, Kajal and Sunil have given a courteous and prompt service. The food quality at all times, lunch, dinner and breakfast is really excellent. Keep up the good work. The smiling service given by all of them really makes us feel like coming back here again. Thanks a lot to all of them.

Excellent service, courteous staff members. Really appreciate extra effort made my Ankit. Enjoyed the food. It was our parents anniversary, they really made our day. Awadhi food festival currently taking place at the venue was ab added bonus.

From the best comfort food to the most complicated dishes...they've mastered it all. The staff (Ankit, Sunil, Kajal) was extremely warm and welcoming and surprised us with a sweet gesture on mom's b'day too! Love the place!!

The ambience of the hotel is great...feels like staying in a palace. Food is good and we find a variety out here. Support staff are sweet and very hospitable. Specially Pratima, Kajal, Ankit and Sunil. Can work on the power backup and swimming pool cleanliness.

Great service all the way from front desk, prompt service calls, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast included. A+ grade for Uttam, Arpita, Anita, Sunil and Ankit in the cafe. Wish they accept foreign credit cards

Miss.Indu Sahoo extremely supportive member from housekeeping team of Sarovar portico hotel. She helped me a lot and anytime she used to spread her helping hands towards the guests.I really appreciate her efforts and her work is so much neat and clean that any guest can easily appreciate.She made my stay a very happy and joyful.
