Very bad experience, colorish tap water was coming and cost wise also very high as compared to location

A premium deluxe room without any ventilation. This room is very small and lacks visibility and fresh air. If u want to stay for a night then it's ok. Charges are very high as per the market rate.

Rooms are good. But the deluxe room what they have shown the picture were not same. No bath tub. Otherwise staying was excellent. They should be flexible about early check in or check out.

My stay at hotel rasoi was nothing less than a disaster. The room has unnecessary decor and frills but the basic amenties are poor. Continuous water leakage from toilet flush was so noisy that one can't even sleep peacefully. It takes ages just to get hot water in bathroom. Sleep quality is extremely poor. Mattress gives a lot of discomfort and so does the pillow. One can hear continuous noise from outside as it located just on the side of a busy road. My booking amount included free aiport taxi. They failed to provide taxi at the last moment and displayed a callous and nonchalant attitude towards our urgency. I will never recommed this hotel to anyone.

The property is at a prime location and easy to find just walking distance from bursa chowk. The complimentary breakfast was good. Front desk was very cooperative they allowed us early check-in when room was vacant. Need some more active room service

Room was pathetic. After request room got changed but again we have accepted is without shower as room size is little better. But 700 extra charged, while difference on mm t is of 300. Please do not take booking with the raso, ranchi
