Overall experience of stay at sohra inn was very good. But the hotel needs to show promptness in action to their guests.

Pathetic experience. It’s like a small flat with very congested, small rooms. They don’t have power backup, and the AC doesn’t work most of the time. There are three hotels in one building. You have to enter the hotel from the backside of the building, which is not clean at all. The refrigerator doesn’t work, and birds enter the bathroom through the ventilation. The headboard of the bed comes loose, as shown in the attached photo. On the second day, we had a horrible experience. For more than 24 hours, they were unable to supply water, and after a hectic day, there wasn’t a drop of water in the washroom. Every time you call them, you get the same reply—‘just 10 minutes,’ but after half an hour, it’s the same response. This is the most third-rate hotel in Ranchi. It is not safe for couples, families, or any single lady.

It was good. Room was clean. View from balcony excellent. Ac worked fine. However, the breakfast choice (complementary) was limited. The behavior of staffs. Good.
