Nice house keeping, good room service including food service served in the room. Delicious quality food served, sufficient quantity, nice desert served. Service team including Biswajeet, Mantosh, Nima and Sweety were generous and polite lead by good team leader Ankit.

Nice place to stay in Ranchi, Located in central Ranchi. Staff behaviour is so nice and pleasant. Breakfast is served with lots of fresh fruit.

Rooms were OK. Service is a biggest concern. Room sercice and house keeping staffs are non responding. Moreover person at reception are not trained enough to handle any queries and complaints. Checkout experience was pathetic as their house keeping staff has informed that one cloth hamger was missing and it has delayed my program by half n hour. Guest relation services are not at all trained and it leaves a bad impression on service part.it's better to opt for some branded hotels rather.

Our entire team had an amazing experience at Hotel Raindew on February 11th, where all our guests stayed comfortably. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were truly impressive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. A special highlight was our distributor meeting, which was held in the spacious Sapphire Hall on the 6th floor. The hall was well-equipped, elegantly designed, and had excellent seating and acoustics, making it an ideal venue for our event. The hotel staff provided seamless support, ensuring that everything ran perfectly. We would like to extend our appreciation to Mantosh, Teklal, Mukesh, Shiv, and Paltu, who played key roles in making the event a success. All teams were efficiently led by Ankit, whose leadership ensured a well-coordinated and productive meeting. A special mention to Prem Shankar, the Sales Head of Hotel Raindew, whose outstanding support made the entire experience even better. Additionally, the overall in-charge of the event, Madhu Sudan, did a fantastic job in managing everything seamlessly. His dedication and hard work were truly commendable and played a crucial role in the event’s success. From comfortable rooms to delicious food and excellent service, Hotel Raindew exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays and look forward to organizing more events here in the future. 5/5 Stars – A truly fantastic experience!

Good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. The food was good. The room service team including Ankit, Sweety, Mukesh, Neema, Sikari and Laxmi were very cordial and helpful. Easily accessible and in a good locality. Over all a good place to stay.

The rooms were good and spacious. Everything was neat and clean. Need somebody in the lobby to welcome the guests. I am happy to stay again.
