Pathetic response. I have paid 50% amount and did a reservation. Due to health concerns, I asked them to reschedule my reservations. I have been following up since 10 days and so far no responses from their end. They only have one automated number and nobody responds. Call doesn't work and no response on whatsapp. No refund, no response, no reschedule, no customer services. After all these, I'm worried to visit their place even if they reschedule my slot.
