It was a nice and comfortable place to stay. Cleanliness and surroundings are also good for a single person or couple. Overall experience was good i would highly recommend this hotel

Tv not work, washroom not clear, breakfast setup not available

The room was not clean. The light switch was not working. Washroom light was not working. No geyser in washroom. My breakfast was included in the booking. But they didn't provide me any options in breakfast. They only provided tea and bread butter and only one quantity. When asked for options in breakfast they charged me extra.

I booked there executive room. At very first moment they did not know which room I is. The room they provided was the premium room in the hotel which was not used for the ages. The washroom was terribly uncleaned. The whole floor was vacant, They showed all the rooms...however did not provide same room...they did not clean the room at that time...there was no one to clean room. The another room they provided had lot or spider webs in washroom, room looked clean however there was a bad sne in room. I di not recommend staying here.
