Very good hotel everything is well maintained, room is good, huge collection great cafeteria staffs are very much cooperative the camps is looking Assamese . My next visit paln will be in sep Thank you so much

Room was neat and clean but furniture not very well maintained, needs polish and so do the hotel property, it needs renovation. Very poor room and restaurant service, waited for an hour just to get paranthes at the breakfast table. The restaurant white table cover was soiled and full of stains, seems they do not wash it. If they can't maintain with white covers, they should change the colour itself. Also swimming pool area should be open to visitors after the specified timing and not just put a gate lock over there. On a good part there is so much greenery and garden to sit and enough space for evening walks.

Total Disappointment at every level from booking to dinner till breakfast 1) Wrong information on Make My Trip saying bathtub in available in room but on arrival we got to know that there are no bathtubs in any of the category. 2) Half the items in the menu is not available. 3) Before ordering a portion of chicken tikka masala we checked with the server (a lady) about the number of pcs of chicken per portion and she said 8 pcs per portion but we were served 6 pcs. 4) Breakfast charge was 300+GST per person but many items mentioned in the inclusions were not available..eg..Breakfast mentioned eggs served with mashed potato, grilled tomato and chicken sausage. Mashed potato and grilled tomato was NOT served till the end and chicken sausage was NOT available. Muffins also not available though they were charging us for it. Bread basket had only white breads available!! 5) No body from senior management was available to speak with us in person even at 0900 hrs when we were checking out. Hotel however gave us a 20% disc on dinner and removed breakfast charge. Please be extremely careful before opting for any of their service and ensure proper documentation from their staff.

An awesome place in Rajgir to spend good times with family. Very supporting hotel staff who made our stay very memorable. Food was nice. So much places in the resort to relax you and have fun with family and kids. So much greenary all around the resort to feel you natural.

Nothing good to mention. Room quality is poor and room service is very poor. Food is highly expensive Not to talk about courtesy, the staff lacks basic etiquettes. If you complain about any service, they will argue and shout, they will not try resolve the issue

Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is good although little slow. Food in the restaurant is good. Staffs are helpful. However there is scope of improvement in management, check-in time and any other service takes lot of time.
