Pros:
Property station k paas hai (400m), checkin me time time nahi lagta jyada, me 5 days ruka cleaning roj hota hai. Ac room me ac chalta hai, bathroom bhi clean karte hai roj, checkout me bhi time nahi lagta jyada, aaspas khane k bahut sari dukaanen hai aap kha sakte hai gali se nikal ke.
Cons:
Bedsheets change nahi hota regularly, Ventilation kam hai , Telephone mere room ka kaam nahi kar raha tha isiliye reception per hi jake bolna padtha tha kuch.
Note- Mineral water-20 rs per bottle
Ro/Aquaguard ka pani- free.
Reception pe acche se bol dena kaunsa pani chahiye mera ek baar 2 Ro ki jagah 2 mineral aa gaya , bottle se turant pata nahi lagta kyonki bottle same hi hai.
Baki short stay k liye a thik jagah hai.

The hotel at good location in a gali of other hotels. Room is ok. written toiletries but only soap provided and hand-was in executive room. They have not provided mineral water as complimentary which has written in room service. The cleaning is not up to the mark. The hotel manager is required to inform to do this. Can have lunch or dinner outside at a very reasonable price. I stayed solo and found it ok.

A hotel room without sunlight and ventilation would feel dark and stifling. The absence of natural light makes the space feel gloomy and oppressive, with dim artificial lighting casting a dull, yellowish glow. The air is thick and heavy due to the lack of ventilation, making it feel suffocating. With full humidity, the room would have a damp, clammy atmosphere. Surfaces might feel sticky or moist to the touch, and there could be a faint musty odor from the trapped moisture. Fabrics like bedding and curtains would be limp and cold, adding to the discomfort. Breathing in this kind of air would feel uncomfortable, and the overall environment would be far from relaxing or refreshing.

Overall the stay is good, the hotel staff is supportive, hotel premises are neat and clean. Hotel location can be founded easily.

Good location nearest to the raipur junction. Food, behaviour and services are good. Clean room separate luggage space inside the room.

Hotel is very good, neat &clean well maintained staff behaviour is nice cooperative initially i booked double room but my uncle and aunty also desire me to stay with you, then receptionist advised to have a two +one beded room, so we enjoyed the stay.

Location wise it's near railway station and in good locality. Cleanliness is one thing you want and they provide it. Food facilities are also nice. Overall it was a good experience to stay here.
