I had a very disappointing experience with one of the hotel employees, Ganesh Tiwari. While interacting with me and my team on the hotel’s main porch, he spoke to me in an extremely rude manner, shouting at me in front of my team and respected guests. When I addressed his behavior, he stated that this was his “only way” of speaking to the event team, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I travel for about 8 months of the year, visiting various cities and staying at numerous 5-star properties across different countries, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such behavior. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 2 days, and while the overall staff has been very cooperative and helpful, this employee’s conduct was appalling. The hotel management should take immediate action against him, as this behavior could significantly impact future guest reviews and the hotel’s reputation. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and addresses this issue promptly.
