Poor management & pathetic service. They need to improve their service quality asap. Even the washroom was not properly cleaned.

This was my second visit and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the comfort, cleanliness and outstanding service. The Owner and staff's dedication and attentive to detail made my week -long stay memorable. I look forward to staying again in this hotel in future.

I had an overnight stay at the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was well maintained with all the necessary arrangements including electric kettle, teabag, milk powder and sugar sachet for tea. Bathrooms were also clean. Food is tasty and not pricey. I am sure all my future stays in raipur will be at hotel ambassador inn.

Service point of view very poor. Drinking water not provide 3times reminds. Room check out but water not offered.

I took the standard room. Very much satisfied with the service. Food is also good. Big bathroom. Clean room. Overall very good. There service is very nice and every staff talks with very polite manner.

The rooms are very dirty, and the receptionist doesn’t know anything. They will charge a hefty amount for laundry, and then they don’t provide you the receipt also. It was a terrible experience

Located in central area. Lobby is renovated and good. Room is ok. Bathroom is sub standard. It smells
