My stay was comfortable, complementary breakfast needs improvement, as taste was not upto the mark, staff inside kitchen was untrained and unable to handle buffet.

It was a good stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Service was quick. Just a bit inside from the main location but cabs are easily available. Overall a nice property.

The building and the ambience are good but the food is not. The rooms have cockroaches which i’m told the management is taking care to get rid of.

They close the restaurant at night and after that they don’t even provide the water bottle, how the customer is supposed to get the water from outside at midnight. No bell boy service is there you have to lift your luggage by yourself no matter how heavy it is. Room service is very poor. They don’t recharge the tv even after calling them 10-20 times, every time they say it’s done.

The stay was awful as the staff was irresponsible all the time. They are even deceiving the public by giving tap water in mineral water bottles. They even initially refused to give the booked room (deluxe) and were giving a basic room. I highly recommend not booking this hotel ever.

Unmarried couples allowed local ids not allowed, is it a policy, it's just a scam. Service is very poor and slow

No men in the door need to find reception counter too delay in checkin poor and attitude staff, there is no towel in room, no bathroom kit, food is taste less and food is over price, breakfast is taste less and very limited item, never visit again, lots of better hotel in raipur
