My guests were staying at this hotel. The hotel management didn't allow even me to see my guests in their room whereas i only had booked the room. The staff said that its management's decision and we are not allowing any visitor in the room even for 10 mins.

There are a lot of mosquitoes, the room is dirty, the tv is not working, the hotel did not provide complimentary water or even bath soap

Stay was nice. I was there only for a short visit and used the room only to sleep at night, so it worked out fine for me. Cleanliness is highly compromised at this property and there are no provisions of food, so that beacomes like a hassle. Will only recommend if you need a space to crash at night.

Rooms are neat and clean wifi available clean washroom and chick linen bed overall a great stay recommended to everyone

I booked the hotel on mm t on 9th morning, and i got the booking confirmation message immediately. I have also paid the full amount in thai mm t app. The checkin time in the hotel was 12 pm, and i reached the hotel at 3 pm and the hotel staff told me that there is no booking in my name and i was also told that there is no rooms free. I was really tired from my journey and i didn't know what to do. I called mm t support and then the hotel staff told me that they will get me a room in 15 minutes. If they had no booking in my name like they said earlier then why do they need to offer me a room. I am not sure what kind of service is this. But definitely it is tarnishing the name of mmt. Moreover there were a lot of mosquitoes during the night. I couldn't sleep properly.

Located perfectly, with clean, well maintained and comfortable rooms. A definitely pocket friendly option in raipur. Found out they have multiple properties at different locations. Completely satisfied with the stay. Staff and services.
