Room is not clean at all the room attendant was rude there is no hot water in bathroom and ac is not working too so terrifying

We went as a part of a group for our company staff picnic. The resort management made great efforts to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with a separate area for food and other activities. The resort has a well maintained water park with many slides and a rain dance area. The water was crystal clear and clean. In the evening, the resort arranged for a DJ for dancing and also a karaoke session. Everyone of us had great fun. Food was good especially the local cuisine. Rooms are good but may require another coat of paint.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at uk'a resort, and i can confidently say it was the worst stay of my life. If there were an option for a negative rating, i would not hesitate to give it. To start, the rooms are no better than a shabby lodge. The bedsheets were stinking, and the mattress was at least 15 years old and completely worn out. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The game zone and other amenities were in complete disarray, making it clear that the resort is poorly maintained. (refer photos attached) as for the food, it was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this place, not even if it were free. Avoid this resort at all costs.

Everything stinks. Starting from the room to the linen to the dining table you have food on. Please you can stay at a much better place at the said price in the vicinity. Will not recommend to stay

Very good property, rooms are clean, staff is friendly. The location also has water slides & swimming pool.

It was nice experience. Water resort very good. Food also amazing. Must try cheese butter masala, jeera rice. Property is very good for kids. Kids r enjoying a lot. We have 2 kids 5 and 14. They r very happy. Located on highway. Very easy to reach there from mumbai.

Its was great visit, very good place to stay with family especially with children's. Very good spacious area. Comfortable to stay, nice to access point of view
