I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel on February 2, 2025. During my visit for lunch, I lost my very expensive and favorite watch. As soon as I realized it was missing, I informed the hotel staff and requested them to investigate. However, they showed zero concern and simply took my contact information, promising to update me. That update never came. After waiting for seven days with no response, I personally went back to the hotel, only to be met with careless and unprofessional behavior. They claimed they didn’t find my watch and refused to take any responsibility. When I asked to check the CCTV footage, they conveniently told me that the footage was no longer available. Instead of helping, they rudely told me, “It was your watch, so it’s your responsibility.” This level of negligence, lack of accountability, and terrible customer service is absolutely unacceptable for any hospitality business. The staff’s attitude made it very clear that they do not care about their guests’ concerns. It honestly felt like they knew something but were unwilling to help. This was my first and last visit to this place. I strongly advise others to be extra cautious with their belongings because if you lose something here, don’t expect to ever get it back or receive any real assistance. The hotel will simply shrug it off and blame you instead. Absolutely disgraceful service—there is NO hospitality here. Stay away!
