Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort

Necesita mantenimiento y pintura, remodelación y muy poca variedad en la comida y tapas en los bares, no comida ( cosas para picar )

We enjoyed our stay in Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort. People here are so friendly and nice. Everyone smiles and tries to provide the best experience in this hotel. Food was very well cooked. Room was clean. The cleaning lady in 28 block did her job very well and every day changed towels and bed linen. The weather was also shiny enough, though it was cloudy sometimes. Overall we didn't have the lack of the sun. The entertainment team was great! They did everything to make guests feel happy and engaged in all activities. Especially I can highlight Abel, he did his best to entertain guests on the beach. We did stretching, aqua aerobics, played beach volleyball, and a famous French game Petanque. I recommend this hotel, it worth to come here and enjoy the beautiful nature, sun and open hearted people.

This was my first trip to an all-included resort and I loved it. Aston has a big property with nice rooms, and great beach, lots of facilities and entertainment. Not crowded at all. Staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to help you. Our maid Yalexis kept our room spotless and even created a different character out of towels and bedspreads every day!

Went to this hotel last winter and last minute, decided to go again in August( 10th to 24th, 2024) . We like that place, it has a nice beach, where you can snorkle and we find the people working there so nice with us. Weather was hot but nice, rained only twice in 2 weeks. Food was fine (cuba standards) and the place is well maintained We like the animation team, they are dynamic and friendly, like Cesar and Taimi (middle of picture). We're hoping to live again the foam beach party, lot's of fun We're planning to go again next winter

You will either love cuba for its beautiful beaches warm ,funny ,friendly, people or you will concentrate only the have nots and compare it to pricey other destinations . Firstly i have been many times to Aston and i was there for two weeks and was not disappointed at all. My husband and myself had a great time the only real shortage we encountered was the natural eggs everything we wanted was available . the weather was really hot but no rain and no mosquitoes untill the last two nights when the rain and mosquitoes and tiny little crabs came out . Our room in block 17 was always spotless maintained by Mayladis and nothing was too much trouble. We ate mostly at the club and alacarts and the food was good if not a little repetitive but better than i eat at home . The staff at this resort are first class Edwardo Leo Kirena Eslain Fernando just to name a few . Sergei made sure we had bottled water every day The beach is one of the finest beaches in cuba we enjoyed the beach and the quiet club pool . I have to also mention Marcus he is one of the managers there we saw him at 630 early in the morning lifting trash and checking for the guests comfort till after 11 at night he always asked how we were and if we were having a good time. the front desk were fast and prompt and i would not hesitate to recommend this resort and i can't wait to go back . A nice touch was the animation tried to engage many guests in lots of different entertainments from dance lessons beach night crazy games to chess or dominoes even though the manager Ceaser needs to improve his game . I also think this resort is great value for your money i am sorry would love to mention everyone's name but there is not enough room .

Trip Date: July 30 to Aug 9th 2024 Transfer from airport to Hotel was fast, AirTransat staff was helpful at the airport, no issues with Cuban customs. The food was decent with several choices during the main meals, and the fresh fruit was amazing. I didn't get the club package but I had four a la carte dinners, it was fantastic. Beaches were the best, good for swimming and snorkeling, water activities were included and available daily. The pool is great but loud music plays all day and late night. The green areas and hotel were very clean and well maintained; the beach appeared to be OK but there is a large problem with litter from the locals who are allowed to enter the resort. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
