An expansive property with many pools, fountain, and other outdoor water features that, with several hundred acres of adjacent trees and golf course keep the temperature down and the humidity at a comfortable level. Indoor you will find beautiful lobbies, corridors and functional spaces. There are currently multiple restaurants but not all of the eventual restaurants are open just yet. Olea (Mediterranean with indoor and outdoor seating), Palappa (outdoor covered), the lobby cafe, and Crying Tiger (bar/lounge with a tapas menu) are open. There are at least 2 more restaurants, Rihla and a Japanese fusion that should open over the next 4-5 months. Room's are fantastic and feature decks and beautiful views in every direction.

Our first but definitely not last visit to the Ritz-Carlton hotel Rabat, Dar Es Salam. At “Olea Restaurant” My family and I had the best luxurious dining experience in three years of living in Rabat as a Saudi diplomat. We would love to recommend your restaurant to our friends and relatives. Deep thanks to our hostess “Samira” for her cheerful welcoming and her menu’s suggestions & recommendations. Very good staff and nice view !! I visited the lobby lounge for the 3rd time abd had an amazing experience as expected.The drinks was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. Chaimae was particularly outstanding, providing us with attentive and friendly service. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Thank you to Chaimae and the entire staff for a wonderful evening!!

My visit to the Ritz-Carlton was wonderful—it felt like a paradise on earth. I would like to thank all the staff for their warm reception, especially Maryam in the lobby. She is an amazing person who paid great attention to the details of my visit, making me feel like royalty. She took care of my children and family, making me feel right at home. Although I do not reside in Morocco, I will definitely return specifically because of her. No one has ever cared for me the way she did. Thank you, Maryam.

We were looking for a nice and high end restaurant joint to go to for a special occasion and your restaurant popped up as it is within proximity of our place of residence. I was accompanied with a couple of friends and a family member along with a five year old child. I have to say that from the hotel grounds feature the grandeur of Moroccan/Moorish architectural design. It reflects the royalty aspect of the Kingdom on Morocco. We were made feel so special and were shown the genuine and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Our experience at the Mediterranean Brasserie was good, but could have been a lot better. This is with no fault to anyone. I think with the hotel being recently open, the staff is still kind of breaking in, but the overall atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely revisit the hotel again for another dining experience. The next time, I will try the cocktails offered at the Blind Tiger. Thank you again for being great hosts. YA

The Ritz Carlton places the city on the map of luxury destination, we were sealing a weekend getaway and we fall into a memorable experience that made us look forward to come back again! Everything was so perfect and Walid was the person who really marked us a lot, always available and always happy around the team and the guests, a real gentleman! We will be back soon!

I recently visited the new Ritz-Carlton in Rabat and was impressed by its seamless blend of Moroccan and contemporary design. The exceptional service, particularly from Achraf, Meriem, and Safaa, made my visit truly remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience, whether for business or leisure.
