Hotel Rabat

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

It might have been a 5 star when it was built, it is now a 2 star (that is a generous rating in my view). Extremely tired decor, housekeeping is lacking. The countertops were dusty, bath water came out yellow (gross!), and all the hangers in closet were bent out of shape - when’s the last time you’re in a 5 star hotel with wire hangers?

From the outside the Rabat Hotel boasts a five star neon sign on its rooftop. Don't be fooled. It would struggle to achieve two stars. The night I arrived my room was like a furnace. When I complained to reception the explanation was that the recent weather had been so cold in Rabat that they had to switch off the air conditioning system and when the weather warmed up, it took two days for the air conditioners to work again. So the entire hotel had no air conditioning. My room was dark. There were scraps off paper on the dirty carpet. The mattress was hard and the pillows like rocks. The internal architecture looked as if it had been designed as a prison. Breakfast was very poor. Altogether an unpleasant experience. Best avoided.

Hotel com preço justo e com boa localização. Os funcionários Hind, Jawcad, Mouad e Wasna são excelentes profissionais. Simpatia, cordialidade e sempre prontos para ajudar. Sempre que me deslocar a esta cidade, não terei dúvidas em voltar a pernoitar nestes instalação.

Accueil très agréable. Restauration très appréciée. Chambre confortable et très propre. Personnel à l'écoute. Direction commerciale très à l'écoute. Merci pour cet agréable moment qui ns laissera un très bon souvenir. Qu'une envie pouvoir y revenir. Merci beaucoup.
