Neemrana's Three Waters

Neemran's Three Waters is tucked around a fisherman cove in Betul. We loved the location for the beauty it offers. Looking at the dark clouds and the endless rains from the balcony of Coral room was an absolute luxury. The moist air breathes in a layer of freshness. Mr. Yadav and his team made everything possible to make our trip a memorable one. Thanks to the entire Neemrana team ! We would love to visit again.

Great service by Kosal, Surender, Sonia and the entire Neemrana team made our 3 night stay comfortable and personalised. Being off-season the boutique property was almost empty which added to the charm of the place. Great place for people who want to stay far from the madding crowd. Lovely views, serene waters, cosy rooms, freshly served breakfast all contributed to us enjoying the peace and the natural beauty of the place. It’s at the end of South Goa so ideal for a getaway from the vibrant and bustling Goa. Lovely place to just relax and read a book doing nothing! No disruptions or family zones with games etc that can get noisy, we liked that even more.

There were 11 of us and the entire staff were really welcoming, helpful and lovely. We enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The food is great. The area is beautiful. Kosal, Sonia, Surinder, the chef Ramesh, Surinder and the housekeeping staff ensured the family was well taken care of. It's a peaceful location. The rooms are very comfortable. Only our loo had a bit of a smell when the exhaust was left on but other than that we enjoyed our two night stay.

We had food in Neemrana resort while visiting to betul fort. Kaushal yadav and Surinder ji were the best hosts and the food was amazingggg!

I just got back from a stay at Neemrana’s Three Waters Resort, and wow, what a perfect escape! The place is absolutely breathtaking nestled between shimmering water, rolling hills, and lush greenery that instantly melts your stress away. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms? Spacious, cozy, and with views so stunning I could have stared out the window all day. The whole vibe was pure peace, no noise, no hustle, just calm. We spent our days wandering, curling up and just soaking in the serene beauty all around. If you are craving a nature-filled reset, I can’t recommend this place enough!

A wonderful stay and felt it deserved a proper mention. Right from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, pleasant, and thoughtfully handled. The service was excellent—quick, responsive, and with a smile every time. A big thank you to Kosal Yadav (Manager) and Sonia Fernandes (Asst. Manager) for managing everything so efficiently. They were approachable, helpful, and genuinely warm throughout our stay. The hospitality from all the staff members stood out. Whether it was Surender helping with luggage or Yogi/Ricky sharing local insights and always checking in to see if we needed anything, everyone made us feel cared for. The food was another highlight—freshly cooked, simple, and full of flavor. You can tell there's real effort put into making each meal enjoyable. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Cleanliness across the entire property was spot-on, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the most unique parts of the experience was the shell collection. With over 80,000 shells, some of which are now extinct, it's something you don’t come across often in a hotel. It adds a unique charm and a touch of curiosity that makes the place memorable. In short, this was a great experience—calm, comfortable, and genuinely well-managed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a personal touch.
