The Kila Boutique Hotel

Although is a small hotel, the room is comfortable and breakfast is good. Stayed for 2 nights and we rented a motorcycle exploring the city. I like the room balcony where you can chill out with a beer. Noticed that there are many local tourists staying here

Hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach and very close to many restaurants. Our room was very big, had a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is quite large with shower in the bathtub. Large screen TVthough I only used it with a Chromecast. Wifi was very good. Reception staff were very friendly and any requests were promptly attended to with no hassles. Breakfast is quite basic, egg station and mainly asia cuisine. Breakfast coffee will peel the lining off your dtomach. Overall I would stay here again 23 May 2024

The Hotel is very accommodating. The Staff is very helpful. There was a little issue at registering but it was NOT the Hotels fault. There rules from Immigration in that City and the Hotel needs to conform to them. No Problem at all. In fact I was rewarded with a free night. So I’m very happy!

All the staff at the front were quite kind, but did not speak English. We had to communicate by a translation app. The room was in general nice, although a bit small. Room has modern decor and was clean. The fan on the ceiling was impressive. Fan worked well, much better than AC. Room key did not work well through our stay and we had to try more than ten touches before it worked to open. Room safe did not work at all. When we pressed open, it just alarmed on for a few minutes and nothing happened. We gave up using it. When we came back one night, someone intruded into the room. We were very surprised and he said he was working on an electrical test (by a translation app). We are never sure whether it is true. Because we were given just one key, I think they knew when we are in or out, which made us feel a little insecure. Also, cleaning was done at a time we could never predict. TV did not properly work, but we enjoyed watching youtube on the TV. About the swimming pool at the lobby, I have seen people only once in the area. It is open to elements and visible from every room in the hotel. So small it is, thus it is largely for the marketing. Kile Boutique hotel is well located close to the beach. Because of its location in the middle of an entertainment district, it is therefore noisy at night and also during the day due to many construction sites nearby. We appreciated it for being close to Kim Cuc Plaza. Quy Nhon bus terminal is also quite close. Breakfast was somewhat mediocre. Like in other review, there were not many choices for international travelers. I am grateful to the staff. Once we requested ice and it was delivered almost immediately. It is the reason that the stay was overall nice and memorable.

Excellent room facilities. Cleaned modern. Staff language skills and knowledge poor. No maps available. Breakfast was local but adequate. Not tourist focussed. Trying hard. Given Quy Nhon has not yet hit the big time like Hoi An, Da Nang and Nha Trang; the hotel is not for the novice traveller.

A small hotel, modern, newly built. Big selection of restaurants near with a variety of food on offer, local and foreign prices to suit all budgets. I arrived on my birthday the hotel sent a really nice birthday cake to my room. The breakfast is good but being a small hotel there is a limited selection of food. The one negative is the pool is too small to swim in.

Notre expérience à cet hôtel est plutôt mitigée. L accueil est froid et impersonnel. La chambre aurait pu être passable si la salle de bain n était pas ouverte sur l extérieur laissant les moustiques, cafards et gecko le loisir de partager la douche. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner et globalement sans intérêt. La piscine est plutôt agréable.

Mình ở cùng bạn trong 3 đêm tại phòng lớn nhất ở tầng 1. Phòng cạnh bể bơi, gần khu lễ tân nhưng cách âm khá ổn, hầu như không nghe được âm thanh từ bên ngoài, và hệ thống 2 rèm cực riêng tư, còn có cả cửa đi thông sang bể bơi rất đẹp. Mình book 2 giường king cho 4 người nhưng phòng vẫn khá rộng và thoái mải cho hẳn đại gia đình. Nhà tắm thiết kế theo phong cách thiên nhiên, lấy ánh sáng mặt trời. Về tối thì nhìn khá lung linh, còn có bồn tắm giữa phòng, rất thú =)))) tuy nhiên thì mùi cống ở đây hơi nồng và cần sục tinh dầu 24/7. Vậy nhưng các bạn nhân viên vẫn rất supported và hỗ trợ chúng mình hàng ngày. Bữa sáng ksan 4 sao nên k đa dạng những vẫn dinh dưỡng và rất ngon miệng. Có một điểm trừ là khóa cửa, bọn mình đi về phòng lần nào cx bị lỗi thẻ từ và phải nhờ nhân viên mở cửa hộ. Còn lại thì mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời. Các bạn nhân viên rất nice và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mọi lúc mọi nơi. Ngoài ra, khách sạn còn nằm cạnh quán cafe rất chill, phù hợp để các bạn check-in và đồ uống thì khá hợp lý và ngon.
