Me and my husband loved staying this hotel, no waiting for check in they upgrade our room to a very nice one for free, very near to the malls and restaurants.. verygood experience.. 2 thumbs up

My second time staying in this hotel..the room us clean no roaches so far..the service was good amd staff are great and accomodating

I recently had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights and overall, it was a delightful experience. This hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and service. **Location:**   The hotel is ideally situated in Quezon City Araneta Cubao. It’s easy to get around, and there's a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. **Room:**   The room was spacious, clean but not too modern. The bed was comfortable with amenities provided were more than adequate, including a 32inch smart TV, free parking, towels & toiletries. The bathroom needs maintenance specially the shower. **Service:**   The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, Room service needs improvement to be prompt and efficient. **Facilities:**   The hotel offers a range of amenities such as a restaurant with a breakfast buffet. There is free Wi-Fi throughout, which was very convenient. **Dining:**   Breakfast is ok, with both continental and filipino style. The hotel’s restaurant also offers a nice dinner menu. **Overall:**   Eurotel Vivaldi, offering a luxurious stay with attentive service. While it might not have the same level of opulence as a 5-star hotel, it provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Average experience. Room needs a more deep clean (dusty floors), bathroom sink has pungent smell and does not drain fast. Bed sheets and pillow cases needs more thorough cleaning or sun drying, has faint smell. And let me tell you about the bed which is two mattress together, not good for back as you only use one side to sleep. Safe is not usable also, entered the room with the safe closed. Staff was not able to fix it, but you can deposit valuable items on the reception, which is more secure. Despite of that, service was good, accomodating staff. Requested also hot water and provided thermos with mugs. Location is also near malls and establishments, public transpo, and terminals. You can literally just walk. Good for my stay to attend the concert.

Location is very convenient and give value for money. The only thing we could comment is about the noise. It can easily be heard inside the room.

Booked rooms for 2 nights with my friends and with breakfast inclusion. The hotel was so close to the Araneta Coliseum and we were able to just walk from there to the venue of the concert we recently attended. The breakfast was acceptable and tasty. The rooms were very clean when we checked in and spacious enough for two people to share.

Great place and accessible in malls and nearby food hub……..

Affordable and easy access to all

My experience today is not really good compared to the previous experience. Cons: 1. TV is not working, i have asked them to check but later told that the tv cable is not working and need to be fixed, and next day will already be able to use. Next day, still not working. 2. The smell of whole 4th floor got fishy/bad smell on 25Dec morning. 3. Shower/drainage in bad condition, I know this is not 5star hotel, but can still improve. 4. We leave our luggage and paper bag first for 3hours cos we need to eat lunch outside, after we again collected our luggage and paper bag, my friend saw cockroaches inside our paper bags, and even the snacks inside our paper bag got very dirty, even our luggage. Pros: The staffs are really nice! Im with my foreigner friend and its really embarrassing that she got this experience. For sure this will be my last time booking with Eurotel. To everyone, book at your own risk!

Perfect location.

Loved the location! Water heaters and AC were working. Staff were accommodating. They could have put a bigger TV though.

Had a nice overall stay here. Super love how the guard would always smile at me whenever I'm going in or out the lobby. Staff are also nice, but some just don't really greet me so I felt like they don't care about their guests or just me (Lol) Regarding the room, I booked a standard twin bed room and the space is just perfect and comfortable. It has a dinette, a dresser, cabinets, and smart TV. Aircon also works well. The cr comes with cold and hot water. The hot water tho takes a lot of time before heating up. Toothbrush, slippers, bottled waters and soaps are complimentary. Lastly, the breakfast, it's free so I don't have much expectation about it, but it's delicious regardless. But if you're stomach isn't for rice in the morning, they don't have much options as substitute.

The service is good and it is clean. The location is easy to navigate and its just along the MRT station
