No assigned room and waited for too long to get a room. Room ac not even working thats why i ask to move me to another room.

Super affordable para sa location nya 😊 Staffs are nice and accomodating Rooms are very clean and good thing is malakas din ang aircon nila 😊

It's a great place due to the fact that it's near to malls and establishment and it's a walking distance from the coliseum which is great when you are watching a concert

Shower heater doesn’t heat enough though pwede na siya. Hotel doesn’t replace towels kpag 1 day stay ka lang khit super basa na yung towel and as of the day na nag check-in ako, there was no internet connection however may phone signal naman.

Good location and good service. The space is very good Wifi is good but have a little bit of cockroaches.

Okay na for a budget hotel. Just do not expect too much. If you're going to a concert in araneta, goods sya isang tawiran lang. Just give it a try!

The best of Dreamworld Cubao is their staff. The front desk staffs and the guard are so welcoming and accomodating. Another great is the location, few steps away from Gateway and Araneta. The shower has cold and hot water option. I love the bed and pillows. The room may be too dark. The TV and wifi not working.

Worst experience Here are the reasons: 1. Foul smell in the bathroom 2. Small cockroaches in the bathroom and some in the whole room 3. No tissue provided 4. AC is barely working 5. There's a noise as early at 7AM outside the room. The price is cheap but if you're picky like me I won't recommend it. Lesson learned, never again, and will never go back. I'd rather pay more in exchange for comfort.

We booked this since it was near the Araneta Coliseum. Located right across, it is very convenient for concert goers who are on a budget. The Hotel you can tell, was quite old but their friendly and accommodating employees make up for it. Unfortunately the elevator malfunctioned during our stay thus the rating. But overall, if you won’t stay for long in the room and just looking for a place to refresh, nap and leave your stuff behind, this is the place to book. I hope this helps 😁

facilities needs to revisit. sounds of leak in Airconditioning Unit, and scratching sound below the bed. visible roaches also and holes in the hallway walls. Worst part is, the a rat in the room eating on the plate is as big a cat. imagine a huge rat inside your hotel room ATING ON THE BFAST PLATE ON THE Table. terrible. cleanliness: 0/100

The room is very dirty. There are cigarette ashes on the table and the room reeks of cigar. I asked for a change of room but can't accom because they said it is full. They just sent someone to clean but despite sending 2, the room was not cleaned very well. It was also noisy because the staff staying in 2nd level are chattering and playing loudly. You can even hear rats coming from the ceiling and there are even cockroaches. 🤮 This is one of my worst experience. Will NEVER stay again here even though it is near everything.
