I waited for 5mins to verify my trip booking. The room was good for its price but the towel had stains, the tv had a crack, the blanket was thin and the pillows weren't soft It made my head hurt. Overall, fun as no one is disturbing me.

The place is quite confusing if you are just new in the area. The staff are great and they attended to me immediately unlike other branches who let me wait for 30mins to an hour. For the food i think their food is very pricey plus it was not delicious. I would recommend buying outside instead.

Great customer service My reservation placed properly and the rooms that i requested given by the staff. Ambiance at hotel lobby is really appreciated it was a clean and so good hotel lobby. Me and my partner enjoyed the stay for 24 hours since the location was nearby to all fast food and convenient stores.

The lobby hotel ambiance was clean and neat. The rooms were tidy and the ACU TV working properly the staff was friendly and polite. The price of the promo for 10 hours is value for money great experience at Hotel Sogo Novaliches good job! I will come here again

Checking in solo in this hotel was a lifesaver! The overnight rate (10 hours for only P425.) was a great deal, rather than taking the risk of traveling alone at past midnight, waking up early, and getting back to San ose Bulacan again the next morning. The small, clean, tidy room was good enough with free toiletries, fresh towels, pillows and blanket, and a big 32-inch flat TV. And, oh yes, there was a hot shower, too!
