I checked in cos of the M2M concert in Smart Araneta, this is awesome since its located near the coliseum. I didnt expect much from this hotel but yes, its awesome, i had a good night sleep too! I wish there was a spa though, but nevertheless, its real awesome. Also, hoping there would be two queens , they only have two single beds or 1 queen in other rooms. hope there woupd be two queens so families can stay in a room.

This is my second time staying in this hotel and never disappooint me room is clean and coosy all staf are freindly food is good thank you

We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 1 night. We asked for same floor level, 2 rooms were given at different floor. And we asked if they can transfer us to the same floor the next day, they said it is fully booked. And they can only transfer 1 room, but the room we transfered into has some foul smell from the toilet. The hotel is connected to gatewaymall.

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

The hotel is located at Getway Mall, so it's very convenient to go shopping pr grab some food. It's an hour away from the airport. The staff are very welcoming and nice, it was a very pleasant stay.

It’s my second lovely stay at Ibis. The roof deck is a must see. Room was clean. The staff led by Jem, the duty manager were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

First time with my husband to have an overnight stay in Ibis Styles and I must say we had a wonderful time. We're planning to go back with our kids for a family staycation. Great place to relax and unwind!

The hotel is strategically located in Gateway 2. The staff were accommodating. The room is clean. The swimming pool is big and has great view. The only downside is that there are a lot of people in the resto/bar area which is located on the rooftop where the pool is also. As for the buffet breakfast, big thumbs up 😊

The view on my room is so nice! The amenities, staffs, guards are very accommodating and professional.

We booked two rooms and our request for adjacent ones are accommodated. We also had a nice view of the chapel specially at night. Every staff was helpful and courteous. The pool was also clean and offered a nice view of the city. Every place we visited in the hotel was clean. Would definitely book again at this hotel.

The room toilet does not have proper exhaustion. Check in/Check out lines are not well organized. Elevator Services are a bit slow. But the overall Customer Service and amenities are okay. Brand new hotel with affordable rates are definitely worth sharing with friends and family especially this holiday season.
