Хороший отель, расположение супер! Персонал отзывчивый и старается помочь во всём! Хороший завтрак . Красивый бассейн . С номером нам повезло, он выходил на бассейн. И очень здорово , что можно сделать кофе в номере.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were big, updated, and clean. The only issue I had was with one staff member who stemmed to be snobby but the rest of them were very accommodating. I told him I wanted to stay another night and he told me that I needed to do it on the web. I stated that I thought it would be faster and cheaper if we would do it here, but he said "no". He was not interested in helping me, it seemed like. Oh well, I called the other hotel where I was staying two nights and they happily accommodated us for another night. I don't get these type of workers especially in Costa Rica where customer service I hold it in high regards. One of the reasons I love to come to this country it's because of their Pura Vida way of life, caring, loving, helpful. I guess los ticos are changing as well.

Normally i don’t write any review As we checking in front desk this morning, the lady staff was not pleasant, thinking she didn’t like tourists or families. Never had such bad customer service like this one, very angry, not helpful, not friendly at all

My spouse and I ended up here after bidding on "4 star" hotels near Manuel Antonio on Priceline. What a joke. The first room in which we were assigned had such an awful smell, but we were exhausted and decided to deal with it for one night. We were awakened numerous times by the partying in the streets, car alarms, honking, and constant thumping bass from a neighboring club. The next morning at breakfast I counted 4 dead bees and 2 flies in the bowl of yogurt at the breakfast buffet!! My husband made a bowl of cereal, thinking it was a safe choice, until a dead fly came pouring out of the milk pitcher into his bowl. Unsurprisingly, the waitstaff appeared lazy and unbothered by the insects in the food. On the second night we were upgraded to a premium room because of our complaints about the noise and the smell. The room was much nicer, less smelly, but just as noisy. Two positive things about this hotel: 1. The young Ticos working at the front desk were all extremely friendly and helpful! They meet the 4 star criteria :) 2.They offer a lot in which you can lock your car. You get the key at the front desk when you need it. It's not the most convenient, but nice to know that you car is not on the street! Quepos is evidently not a safe neighborhood. I would recommend paying a little more and staying in Manuel Antonio.

- Room had a dank smell from humidity. - Air conditioner made high-pitched rattling noise. - Secure parking lot is tiny (too small) lot across a side street. You need to open and close the gate yourself, using the padlock. - The restaurant is open-air, which may sound nice, but can lead to unwanted animal visitors.

From my home in San Ramon it is a 3 hour drive to Quepos. The Best Western is a very nice, clean hotel on the main drag of downtown. There is not much to the town, but a five minute drive or bus ride puts on the beaches of Manuel Antonio. The restaurant, in the hotel, is a little pricey but not as bad as a lot of them. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor overlooking main street and the bay. We paid under $80.00. There was only the wife and myself, so we had one King Size bed. All along the road to the beach are restaurants and the bus service is very good. If you are on a budget and those $200. a night resorts are stopping you from visiting this wonderful area, this could be your answer.

The only place to stay, pool, views, 3rd floor open air restaurant includes breakfast, we got it for $100 not too busy, they will try and get you a price you are comfortable with. Friendly clean

With best western you get great rooms, clean, tv, air conditioning, pool everything. The only complain I got is the internet. Very poor signal, get disconnected often. I called the reception and they say is because my room is far so I got unlucky not a great answer!

The room was a little musty, but we hit it right at the Festivus Civicas (like a Mardi Gras) and the location was fabulous! Room was similar to any other BW hotel. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Pool area would have been much better, if there hadn't been unpleasant odors wafting through. Food in the restaurant is okay. Staff very helpful.
