The BEST Holiday Inn stay! A new accommodation with everything you need. Few free parking spots outside, paid ($15) parking in the base ment or 2 min at the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful! A bar and restaurant downstairs. Also, cafe of another hotel with a bakery in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay here again

The hotel is pretty new and very clean. Front desk staff is helpful too. But to take note that the guest have to pay for the parking.

Before my arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation, which led to them rushing to prepare my room at the last minute. The room was in poor condition—there was unidentified hair on the bed, and urine stains around the toilet. It was a very disappointing stay, and it’s hard to believe this level of service came from a chain hotel.

For those who stay a few nights , hard to anticipate the pattern and juggle the larger groups for breakfast. All else, great !

The hotel and rooms look new and very comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good with varieties. Near the Queentown airport with a supermarket at walking distance. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby if dining out is preferred.

Nice hotel very close to the airport. The airport and the town are a good 20 minute drive away so don’t stay in this area if you want to be near queenstown. Comfortable room and nice shower. The restaurant for dinner made good food and the gym though basic is better provisioned than many around New Zealand.

Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is a top notch hotel, just 5 minutes drive from the airport. If you want a quick rest from a long journey this one should quickly come to your rescue from travelling fatigue. Everything about the hotel is good including friendly staff. The only drawback is its location which is a bit far from town or main activities. If you don’t have a car then surely you should be prepared to Ubar and Tax every time you want to go out.

Overall great experience. Staffs were attentive and willing to assist. From sending the portable heater and also guiding us on where to visit and suggested dining places. Thanks for the great experience.

Great room little over priced though

Location is good if your need to transit to or from Queenstown Airport. The good is pretty new but I found the toilet was very smelly, may be it was empty for a long time....(no sure why). The staff at the reception is good and helpful.

toliet is clogged, and i tell the staff, they just me to use the toliet in the lobby. air con is always not working, make the room so stuffy the tissue paper in washroom is old, looks like have been used. one of the worst experenice ever.
