Hotel very clean. The beds were super soft with fluffy and firm pillows depending on your liking. Staff friendly and recommended wonderful places to eat. Had deluxe queen room including kitchenette and chair. Pool very clean and warm. Wish there was a hot tub

My wife and myself have been frequent customers for years! No complaints. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms and all over well maintained. We take our grandchildren to this hotel and family members. Birthday celebrations to family get togethers. We always have a wonderful time no matter when we go during the year. Each year for our anniversary my wife and I enjoy a trip to Liverpool and stay at the Best Western Plus in Liverpool. My wife feels very welcome there. Today, I called to book a few nights for myself and my wife to stay at that location for our anniversary. I was completely shocked when the nice receptionist answered my call and told me the new price increase on the rooms! I understand with prices of everything going up but a $100 more increase from what I paid in the past is rather unjustified. The lady told me that the reason for the extra upheaval in price is due to demand. We never had any problems with getting rooms, anytime of the year. Even me being a platinum status makes zero difference. It is very unfortunate that it has become this way. Myself, my wife and family and friends ,all loved it there very much. It is with a sad heart that with these very outrages price increases have forced us to search for other hotels within a more reasonable budget. The Hotel is and always will be one of our favorites. we sure will miss going there.

This hotel is near a busy highway, but we did not hear any traffic noise. Check in was quick and easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, kind and greeted us with a smile. The room was very large, bright and clean and had a comfortable king sized bed. The a/c worked well and was quiet. The breakfast room is open 24 hours for coffee or tea or you can make a latte, cafe mocha or hot chocolate. Breakfast was good…offering scrambled eggs, sausage, beans, hash browns and toast. There are also cereals, yogurt and muffins. There is a gym and pool. I would recommend this hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I was quite disappointed in the "kitchenette" that we booked. That was deceptive. A kitchenette in every place I've ever stayed previously had a sink and some cutlery/dishes/glasses etc, and often a tiny stove and pots. This was just the same microwave & mini fridge that is in a regular room, with just a small counter and empty cabinets making the "kitchenette". I would never have paid an extra $30 for that had I known, since it was useless. Also, come on, no smart tv? What year is this? It's a nice, modern hotel.....people expect these details, especially when it costs more than twice what the little hotels down the road charge. I booked here solely because of the kitchen.....I could've paid half what I did here for a regular room closer to the historic part of town. It was super overpriced for what it was at $212 USD per night.

Every time I stay at this particular hotel, I am impressed with its cleanliness, that it's very well maintained, the friendly staff, and the breakfast which is always well stocked. The rooms are also very clean and have a nice lay out. Close to grocery stores and the highway so it's an easy in and easy out with lots of parking. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Wonderful welcome at reception, clean and comfortable rooms, everything wonderful except breakfast. Rubbery scrambled eggs, fatty sausages, process sliced bread, coffe from a machine, no choice of skim or almond milk, and the room had the ambience of an underfunded high school cafeteria. At $290 a night in a small rural town, I would expect more.

The most comfortable beds! After showering we melted into the beds. we had been up since 1 am and could not drive anymore. It really saved us by stopping here to rest. The best decision we made on our entire trip! I highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and clean!
