Beautiful property, located in the heart of the city. Recently renovated facilities and rooms, staff are very friendly and always available to provide great recommendations to explore the city. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions. Highly recommended for both business or leisure.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times it’s a bit outdated needs a face lift. The parking is horrible you better have a small car because those spots are very tight and your car will definitely get dinged. Valet parking is great but it’s not 24h. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfy, pool Was good and the hot tub (piss pool) was piss yellow and full of kids that shouldn’t be there.

Free basement parking is located in other building which is far away from the hotel. It took about 10min walk to there and 20min walk to old city. Not recommended to stay in Winter time.

Does not function in a logical way. Long lines for elevators. Long waits for elevators. Unclean pool area.

All good.. It just took time to go down to the lobby. Lots of guests have problems cause elevators are always full at check-out times. Most probably, elevators already full from people come out from the restaurant at the top of the building.

No parking at the hotel No soap in the soap distributor in the shower Waited too long for the elevator (too full. 3 times before having a space to get in)

The hotel location is really good, closed to main attraction. The room style and furniture quite antique but still function. The bathroom, towel and sofa had some permanent stain, that was not affect their function. The staffs were nice and helpful. Overall, good for stay but not that worth for the money we paid.

Very friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.

Great location and near some really good restaurants. Walking distance to the Chateau Frontenac and all the beautiful places to see.

Ok hotel for one night. Located 15 minute walk from old town. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom was unclean. Rooms could do with updating as it’s quite dated. Staff friendly and accommodating.

There was hair on the bed and you can see stains on sofas and toilet. There was no remote to turn on air conditioner and there was no exhaust in toilet. Definitely not worth the price.

Requested for view of the old Quebec and was given it. Bed was nice and room was clean despite the hotel being a little old. Huge garden beside and walkable distance to all old Quebec attractions.

Our bike was stolen in their park garage, even tho it has 2 locks on it on the back of the car, we thought it will be safe since its in their hotel garage. We found out that there is no cctv camera. And the hotel staff can’t help us with that. The hotel staff just told us to call 911. Very disappointing.
