I’ve been wanting to visit since watching the Korean drama Goblin! What a gem, beautiful place with historic elements. Room is slightly on the smaller side. What I love most is the free activities that came with it. We did the ferry tour to Levis and riedel wine tasting! A wonderful experience!

We upgraded the room,when we checked in, which has 2 queen sized beds with sofa bed and living room space. so beautiful and comfortable. Amazing view of quebec city. Excellent location and beautiful historic building with great services. Pricy but worthy. Will be back again.

Staff keep selling upgraded room for additional charges

The breakfast was not worth almost $40 person. The parking lot are very small and scary at night. I don’t really feel safe—there was nobody in the area at all. If park on the higher floor, there is no elevator from the 10th up. Better load the luggages before parking.

Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

Grand hotel, great service! Pretty convenient to get everywhere.

擔心房間小本來想住一天，沒想到還挺大就住兩晚，但美中不足第二天半夜消防警報響了，大家都跑出去了有點小插曲，不知道會不會有補償。 設施：不錯 衞生：很好 環境：特別好，去哪都方便 服務：特別好

酒店很老，房間很小而且有劃痕，角落不乾淨。打了一次電話，工作人員説 I can’t do anything.之後和酒店前台投訴他們願意補償兩個人的早餐和兩張滑梯票。前台態度還不錯。但是這個價格太貴了，外面的景色也不好。

고풍스러운 호텔이었어요. 오래되었지만 관리가 비교적 잘 되어 있어요. 직원들도 대체로 다 친절해요. 특별히 인종차별을 느끼지 못했어요. 불어 사용만 강요한다는 느낌 없어요. 아침식사의 메뉴가 많지는 않지만 개개의 품목이 전부 맛있었어요. 커피와 주스를 기본으로 따라줘요. 객실 내 화장실은 다소 협소해요. 일본급 화장실 수준이에요. 도착한 날 저녁부터 온수 공급이 중단되어 다음날 아침까지 씻지를 못했고, 공급 시작된 시점부터도 녹물이 많이 나와 고생했네요. 필터가 금세 누래졌어요. 체크아웃 시 프론트 직원이 적절히 대응해줬어요. 워낙 유명한 호텔이다 보니 멋있다는 기본 느낌이 드네요. 동양인은 투숙 기간 중 못 보았습니다. 호텔 주변으로도 구경할 곳 많고, 시내 중심으로도 도보 이동 가능합니다. 도깨비 언덕에서 내려다보는 경치가 끝내줘요. 눈과 얼음으로 덮인 세인트 로렌스강을 생전 또 볼 수 있을까 싶네요. 로비나 화장실, 식당 등 공용 시설들 잘 관리되어 있고 쾌적하고 좋습니다. 호텔 내 상점가를 이용해보지는 않았지만 특색있었어요. 객실 여유가 있을 경우 레이트 체크아웃도 추가 비용 없이 해주는 듯 해요. 일정이 타이트해서 이용은 안했지만 권유 받았어요. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었어요.

整體性價比不高，古堡酒店確實是魁北克城的打卡點，距離附近的景點也很近，但真心不是一個必選入住的酒店。房間面積不大，整體入住感受就是最受不了那個裝在窗台的暖氣風機，幾千塊的錢的房費，唯一最能感受到的“五星豪華服務”就是暖風機跟拖拉機一樣大聲，本想要求換房的，但同訂的另外一間房也是同樣情況，也就不糾結了。
